Study On Structural Design Of Reduced Packaging In Tea Set Of Kazuo Purple Clay

As a bridge between consumers and commodities,packaging is the first important thing that make consumers have the desire to buy.However,unreasonable packaging design is bound to produce serious ecological problems.With the increasingly serious situation of resources waste and environmental pollution,people began to pursue a new direction of green packaging design,which is called Reduced Packaging Design.This is not only an important breakthrough to solve the environmental problems caused by excessive packaging,but also the key direction of future packaging design development.Kazuo is located in Chaoyang City,Liaoning Province.The purple clay pot industry is the local characteristic cultural industry.In this paper,we explored the innovative design of tea set packaging structure of Kazuo purple clay based on the reduction design concept.The main purpose is to solve the problems of resource waste and unreasonable packaging by optimizing packaging design.We adopted three research methods--literature research,comparative study and comprehensive analysis in this paper.In the early stage,we analyzed the current packaging situation of Kazuo purple clay tea sets,and analyzed the current packaging problems from the aspects of local industrial development,government management,corporate culture and environmental problems.In view of the causes of the problems,we proposed the application demand and value of reduced packaging design.Then,we analyzed the design planning of reduced packaging from the aspects of materials,packaging structure and visual effects,and developed five design principles of lightweight,multi-function,standardization,integrity and modularity.The last part of the paper is the design practice,we showed the graduation creation,which is the packaging structure design of tea set in Kazuo Hongyao purple clay.Through the research on the structural design of reduced packaging,it can not only make businesses deeply realize that the reduced packaging will have an important impact on ecological protection,but also reduce production costs and improve economic benefits.This sustainable packaging design concept is fit for the development of the packaging industry in the future.It can show consumers the deep concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and it can also provide reference for the development direction of the future tea set packaging design.
