Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Air Pollution Prevention And Control In Hanzhong City

In recent years,China’s air pollution has become more and more serious,especially since 2013,the northern region of a large-scale haze weather,so that air pollution has received unprecedented attention.Although China has adopted a series of policies and measures to achieve certain results in the prevention and control of air pollution,there are still many difficulties and problems in the prevention and control of air pollution,this requires the government to take more effective prevention and control strategies to maximize the solution to the problem of air pollution,in order to effectively improve environmental air quality,so that the blue sky and white clouds,stars twinkling become a normal.This paper takes the prevention and control of air pollution in Hanzhongas the research object,starting from the perspective of Public Management,based on the theoretical knowledge of cooperative governance,multi-center governance,and the role of the government,etc.,based on the research logic of "putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems",a comprehensive application of case study,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and comparative analysis is made,and on the basis of the current situation of air pollution prevention and control in Hanzhong,study on countermeasures of air pollution control in Hanzhong.First of all,the paper discusses the background and significance of the research,summarizes the research literature at home and abroad,expounds the key concepts such as air pollution prevention and control,clarifies the research methods and ideas,and draws ideas from relevant theories to guide the writing of this paper.Then,this paper gives an overview of the air pollution situation in Hanzhong,based on the study of the geographical and climatic characteristics and the air quality situation,this paper analyzes the distribution and changes of the good days,the Comprehensive Air Quality Index and the primary pollutants in the air in Hanzhong,and finds out the problems existing in the prevention and control of air pollution in Hanzhong,and has carried on the thorough analysis to its reason.Finally,this paper draws on the advanced experience of air pollution prevention and control at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of air pollution prevention and control in Hanzhong,this paper probes into the strategies for improving the prevention and control level of air pollution in Hanzhong from various aspects,such as the government’s guiding responsibility,the long-term coordination mechanism,the performance of multiple governing bodies,public participation and the support of economy,science and technology,etc.,to enhance the effectiveness of prevention and control of air pollution,and further promote the continuous improvement of environmental air quality in Hanzhong.
