Research On The Mechanism Of Energy Saving And Emission Reduction Policies Promoting The Implementation Of Social Responsibility Of Electric Power Enterprises

China’s industrial development rate is increasing day by day.Although the economy is developing rapidly to some extent,the extensive development mode in the past has led to the shortage of resources,environmental degradation and other problems in China,and the bearing capacity of the natural environment has gradually become the bottleneck of China’s sustainable economic development.As one of the most basic energy enterprises in the national development,how to coordinate the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction policies and how to implement the social responsibility of power enterprises are urgent,which is the internal requirement of China’s future sustainable development path and the internal requirement of China’s construction of a harmonious society.In view of this situation,China pays more and more attention to the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction in power enterprises,and ensures that power enterprises fulfill their social responsibilities through various management means.In October 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the nineteen major reports that China needs to adhere to the harmonious co-existence of man and nature.In China’s future development path,we need to establish and practice the concept that green water and green mountains are the golden mountains and silver mountains.We must adhere to the basic national policy of resource conservation and environmental protection.Obviously,the construction of ecological civilization in China is the fundamental plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.Since the approval plan of energy conservation and emission reduction was put forward in the 11 th five year plan,and under the premise of rapid economic development in China during the 13 th five year plan,the development momentum of all walks of life has been advancing rapidly.Correspondingly,the demand of all walks of life for national energy is also increasing day by day,leading to the problem of energy shortage in China.With the economic development,China’s resource shortage has gradually emerged The phenomenon cannot be solved.Therefore,in the face of this situation of resource shortage and environmental pollution,it is worth exploring how to implement the policy of energy conservation and emission reduction and better promote the implementation of social responsibility of powerenterprises.Taking G company of H city and S company of B city as examples,this paper takes interview form to find out the influence mechanism of energy conservation and emission reduction policies on the implementation of social responsibility of electric power enterprises and put forward suggestions for mechanism optimization.After G company and S company undertake energy conservation and emission reduction policies,they undertake energy conservation and emission reduction policies and implement social responsibility through a series of measures to optimize industrial structure.Focusing on how to implement energy conservation and emission reduction policies in power enterprises and promote the implementation of social responsibility in power enterprises,the government,as one of the regulators,should fully exercise the regulatory function.
