Research On The Motivation Of Environmental Responsibility Fulfillment Of Oil And Gas Enterprises

Oil and gas resources are the essential material basis for the development of modern society and human survival,and are called the "blood" of industry.As a national pillar industry,oil and gas enterprises are of great significance for promoting economic development,ensuring national energy security and improving people's living standards.However,during the development and utilization of oil and gas resources,a large amount of energy and various chemicals are consumed,resulting in environmental pollution that cannot be underestimated.In recent years,chemical plant explosion,oil leakage,natural gas pipeline explosion and other vicious accidents have aggravated the deterioration of ecological environment.Facing the increasing demand for human environmental quality,resource development and environmental security have become major global issues.Under this background,the fulfillment of corporate environmental responsibility has become a hot environmental issue that is generally concerned by academic and practical circles all over the world.In this paper the author studies the motive force of environmental responsibility performance of oil and gas enterprises,which is of great practical significance for improving the effect of environmental responsibility performance of oil and gas enterprises and realizing the sustainable development of enterprises and the whole society.The author takes oil and gas enterprises as the research object,constructs the evaluation index system of environmental responsibility on the basis of combing the related research literature of environmental responsibility at home and abroad,using literature research method,quantitative analysis method and empirical analysis method,and calculates the comprehensive score of environmental responsibility of oil and gas enterprises by factor analysis method;by selecting the dynamic factors of environmental responsibility performance of oil and gas enterprises the author constructs the variable system of empirical analysis,and by using Eviews software the author carries out empirical test on all variables to determine the dynamic factors of environmental responsibility performance of oil and gas enterprises;By dimension reduction,the main dynamic factors of environmental responsibility performance of oil and gas enterprises are extracted and the five-force model of environmental responsibility performance dynamic factors is constructed.On this basis,the ways of environmental responsibility performance of oil and gas enterprises are put forward.The research contents of this paper include the following five aspects:Firstly,the basic theories involved in the thesis are expounded.The basic theory includes the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts.The related definitions include oil and gas enterprises,environmental responsibility and motivation,and the theoretical basis includes sustainable development theory,stakeholder theory,externality theory and environmental economics theory,which lays a solid foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,the status quo of environmental responsibility performance of oil and gas enterprises from 2009 to 2018 is evaluated.The evaluation index system of environmental responsibility of oil and gas enterprises is constructed,and the present situation of environmental responsibility performance of oil and gas enterprises in recent ten years is evaluated.The factor analysis method is used to establish the score function and comprehensive score function of environmental responsibility factors.The comprehensive score of environmental responsibility of oil and gas enterprises in recent ten years is calculated,and the changing trend of environmental responsibility performance and the existing problems of environmental responsibility performance are analyzed.All these provide quantitative basis for empirical analysis of dynamic factors of environmental responsibility of oil and gas enterprises.Thirdly,the dynamic factors for oil and gas enterprises to fulfill their environmental responsibilities are determined.The dynamic factors of environmental responsibility performance of oil and gas enterprises are selected according to the dynamic subject of environmental responsibility performance of oil and gas enterprises.The author constructs a variable system of empirical analysis and measures the variables with objective data.Research hypotheses are put forward according to the relationship between explanatory variables and the performance of environmental responsibility of oil and gas enterprises.Eviews software is used to describe the dynamic factors of environmental responsibility performance,explain the change trend of each variable in recent ten years,analyze the causes of abnormal fluctuations,and reveal the influence of each variable fluctuation on the current situation of environmental responsibility performance of oil and gas enterprises.Pearson correlation test and two-tail test are carried out on explanatory variables by SPSS software,and multicollinearity test is carried out by variance expansion factor to verify whether there is collinearity among explanatory variables.Regression analysis is carried out according to the optimal regression model determined by the results of f test and Hausman test.The reliability of the regression model is verified by robustness test,so as to finally determine the dynamic factors of environmental responsibility fulfillment of oil and gas enterprises.Fourthly,the mechanism of dynamic factors of environmental responsibility fulfillment of oil and gas enterprises is analyzed.Through KMO and Bartlett test,the validity of dynamic factors of environmental responsibility performance of oil and gas enterprises is analyzed to judge the applicability of factor analysis.Sample matrix is constructed,the eigenvalue and variance contribution rate of variables is calculated,and the common factor of environmental responsibility performance of oil and gas enterprises is determined.According to the sample data,the factor load matrix is established,and the orthogonal rotation is carried out by using the maximum variance orthogonal rotation method,then the five common factors after rotation are extracted.According to the common degree test,the rationality of extracting common factors is further verified.According to the extracted common factors,a five-force model of dynamic factors of environmental responsibility of oil and gas enterprises is constructed,and the mechanism of dynamic factors on the performance of environmental responsibility of oil and gas enterprises and between internal and external dynamic factors is analyzed.Finally,the author puts forward the ways to improve the performance power of environmental responsibility of oil and gas enterprises.According to the five-force model of environmental responsibility performance of oil and gas enterprises,the author expounds the ways to improve the environmental responsibility performance of oil and gas enterprises from two aspects of relying on external power and tapping internal power,so as to promote the performance of environmental responsibility of oil and gas enterprises and realize the sustainable development of oil and gas enterprises.
