Study On Investment Evaluation Of A Municipal Household Waste Incineration Power Generation Project Based On AHP

With the development of economic and urban construction in a city,the original landfill has been unable to meet the requirements of urban development and the amount of domestic waste treatment.It is very necessary and urgent to build a new domestic waste incineration plant.According to the actual garbage production and prediction in a city,the total scale of municipal solid waste incineration power generation project is recommended to be treated daily,with 700 tons of municipal solid waste and 1 sets of 2 furnaces.2 sets of mechanical grate incinerators,350t/d,medium temperature,medium pressure waste heat boiler,+1 station,12 MW condensing steam turbine,+1,and 15 MW generating units,with a capacity of 350t/d are allocated.This paper is based on the establishing a project investment evaluation index system based on the AHP analysis method,thus making a comprehensive analysis of the investment economic benefits,environmental benefits,social benefits,comprehensive benefits and evaluation results analysis of a municipal solid waste incineration project.Therefore,the main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Related theoretical research,mainly including the characteristics of waste incineration power generation,circular economy theory,sustainable development theory,social benefit evaluation theory and other related theoretical knowledge mastery learning.(2)The overall planning of the municipal solid waste incineration power generation project,and introduces the construction scale,construction mode,site selection,selection of technical equipment,choice of investment merchants and source of funds for the municipal solid waste incineration project.(3)The investment evaluation index system of the municipal solid waste incineration project is constructed.According to the overall plan of the project,the evaluation system of economic benefit,environmental benefit and social benefit is set up,and the weight of evaluation index is determined at the same time.(4)Comprehensive evaluation of investment in municipal solid waste incineration power generation projects in a city.Based on the established evaluation index system,the comprehensive evaluation of investment economic benefit,environmental benefit,social benefit,comprehensive benefit,evaluation result analysis and so on is carried out.
