| With the increasing investment speed of environmental energy projects in China,the quality control level of civil construction is also facing challenges.There are many companies are eager to pursue interests,neglect for the engineering quality and lead to continual emergence of quality problems.In order to improve quality control on buildings under construction,this article focuses on the quality control on life garbage incineration power generation project during construction phase,studying the standardization and institutionalization of construction quality management by means of quality control method from the perspective of building construction.The construction quantity control system of domestic waste incineration power generation project based on PDCA cycle is established to promote the efficient and high-quality operation of the construction and achieve good results.Through the study of theoretical knowledge and the inquiry of relevant materials,this paper uses case analysis method to explore the theoretical basis of quality management and quality control in construction,as well as the application of PDCA cycle method in the construction of domestic waste incineration power generation project.Combined with the comparative analysis method,this paper compares different quality control principles and methods in the construction of domestic waste incineration power generation project,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of them,and draws the conclusion that PDCA cycle method is a very practical quality control technology in the construction and the PDCA cycle theory should be applied in the quality control during the construction process of domestic waste incineration power generation project.Besides elaborating the characteristics,basic ideas and basic methods of PDCA cycle,this paper designs a PDCA cycle system suitable for quality control in the construction of domestic waste incineration power generation project based on the theory of PDCA cycle and introduces the application of the eight-step method of PDCA cycle for domestic waste incineration power generation project.And the basic quality control tools in quantitative analysis method including measurement process capability index,histogram,arrangement diagram,causality analysis diagram are also applied in the project example.The problems in each stage of quality control are discussed here to make quality control more quantitative and scientific.Taking changfeng project as an example of case analysis here,the PDCA cycle method is applied in the quality control during construction.Quantitative analysis is carried out based on the data collected in the case,finding out the main factors influencing the quality problems,and specific corresponding measures are formulated.Finally Effective quality control effect is achieved by applying PDCA cycle in the living garbage incineration power generation project,which is of great practical significance to construct a scientific construction quality management system for domestic waste incineration power generation projects and promote the efficient and high-quality operation of construction enterprises. |
