| The rapid spread of fires is prone to cause safety accidents and poses a greater threat to human life and property.In order to reduce the harm caused by fire,fire extinguishing systems are used in a variety of civil and industrial places in China.The traditional fire extinguishing system has caused great damage to the mechanical equipment,and the rescue efficiency is low.The proposal of the water mist fire extinguishing system breaks the design concept of the traditional fire extinguishing system,transforms the water droplets into a mist to spray,and reduces the fire extinguishing.The impact on mechanical equipment has become an important fire extinguishing tool.Due to the limited pressure adjustment range of the system,when the diameter of the water mist injection is increased,the pressure is insufficient,and it is easily blown away by the wind,and the expected fire extinguishing effect cannot be achieved.In order to make up for the shortcomings of the system,this paper proposes a study of high pressure water mist fire extinguishing system.Firstly,through reviewing the literature,the paper summarizes and analyzes the current status of water mist fire extinguishing technology and water mist numerical simulation research at home and abroad,and explores the structure and working principle of water mist fire extinguishing system,which is used as the theoretical basis of the thesis research.Based on the influence degree of fire extinguishing factors in the fire scene,the content with great research value is selected as the research material,and the design idea of high pressure water mist fire extinguishing system is put forward.Secondly,according to the system design principle,the parameter setting,device selection and layout method,and system parameter calculation method in system design are explored.It is used as the system design basis to formulate the detailed system design scheme,including system operation pressure,nozzle type,nozzle layout and water distribution.There are 4 modules for branch pipe hydraulic calculation and pressure control.Finally,the system is put into practical application,and the reliability of the system design scheme is verified by conducting comparative experiments,which reflects the research value of this paper.The test results show that when the fire extinguishing site volume is less than200m3,the difference between the water mist fire extinguishing system and the high pressure water mist fire extinguishing system control CO2 concentration is small,and the fire extinguishing effect is basically the same;when the fire extinguishing site volume is higher than 200m3 and lower than 900m3 When controlling the CO2 concentration,there is a significant difference,and the high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing system has a greater advantage in extinguishing the fire;when the fire extinguishing site volume is higher than 900m3,the CO2 concentration control effect is significant,and the high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing system extinguishing effect The advantage is more significant.Therefore,the fire extinguishing system can be appropriately selected according to the volume of the fire extinguishing site to maximize resource utilization. |
