Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Bengbu Municipal Government Supporting The Development Of Bio Based New Materials Industry

Bio-based materials are new materials and chemicals made from biomass.They are green,renewable and environment-friendly.In recent years,the bio-based new material industry has been paid more and more attention and supported by the government because of the increasingly tight non-renewable resources such as crude oil and serious environmental pollution.Bengbu has been cultivating the bio-based new material industry as a key industry for many years,relying on the scientific planning of industrial development,exploring the role of governments at all levels in promoting industry,and introducing a number of industrial support policies,to Guide the innovation of the main bodies of industry,university and Research has laid a good foundation for the formation of industrial clusters of this industry.With Bengbu’s accession to the National Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone and the approval of the Bengbu area of the Anhui Free Trade Zone,the development of Bengbu’s bio-based new materials industry has been presented with a golden opportunity.At present,there are still many problems in the development of new bio-based materials industry in Bengbu,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects: the overall planning of the industry is not strong,the overall scale needs to be improved;the supply of factor resources is insufficient,and the industry supporting capacity is not strong;and the measures for cultivating the demand market are insufficient,the carrier platform is not broad,the cooperation mechanism of Industry,university and Research Institute is not perfect,the independent innovation ability is insufficient,the government policy system is not perfect,the sustainable development ability is deficient and so on.In this study,from the perspective of government support,the Bengbu bio-based new material industry is studied by using the literature research method and the field investigation method,according to the research context of raising,analyzing and solving problems,to find out the problems existing in the Bengbu government’s support for the bio-based new material industry and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,which are as follows: 1.Strengthening the industrial strategic planning;2.Optimizing the supply of factor resources;3.Fostering the industrial demand market;4,innovate the system of production,study and research;Fifth,perfect the system of government policy.Through these five aspects of efforts,with a view to Bengbu bio-based new materials industry to provide impetus.
