Research On The Legal System Of Franchising Of National Parks In China

National parks in my country are one of the types of nature reserves.At present,my country has many pilot projects on national parks,and there are corresponding national policies and local regulations to support the operation of the pilot projects.This article is about to conduct research and analysis on the franchise legal system in my country’s national park system.Franchising and its birth in the United States in the19 th century,many countries have introduced franchising systems in the management of national parks and have achieved significant results.In our country,many problems have appeared in the practice of franchising in national parks: fuzzy management agencies,unclear assignment of rights and responsibilities,fuzzy scope of franchising,and difficulty in protecting natural ecological resources.In order to solve these problems,when establishing our country’s national park franchise system,we should combine the experience at home and abroad to find a development path suitable for our country with Chinese characteristics,and promote the improvement of national parks and national park franchise operations.Institutional rule of law construction.This article first starts with an overview of national parks and national park franchising,analyzes the necessity of my country’s adoption of the franchise legal system,and finds out the shortcomings of the national park franchising legislation in my country,and then draws on the experience of foreign countries to summarize and apply Enlightenment from the establishment of a national park franchise system in my country.Finally,starting from the construction of the national park franchise system,I put forward suggestions for the national park franchising: establishing a unified leadership legislation,principles that should be upheld in the franchising legislation,a clear distribution system of powers and responsibilities,and improving access and withdrawal System,establish a strong supervision and supervision system.Through the above research,improve the relevant legislation of the national park franchise system in my country,so that the franchise system can play its due role in the management of national parks,and realize the purpose of protecting natural ecological resources,protecting the environment,and enhancing the well-being of the whole people.
