| One hundred years of education is the key to the teaching.The development of teacher education in my country has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and has become the mainstream of the times.As the main position of teacher education reform and the main channel of teacher talent training,pre-service education should provoke the burden of monitoring the reform of teacher education curriculum.Nowadays,the professional certification system for teacher training is implemented in an orderly manner,and new requirements are put forward for the reform of teacher education curriculum.In the face of such a situation,what is the status quo of teacher education courses in normal universities?What kind of response should be made? What is the core of the reform? This study selects teacher education curriculum reform as the theme,and the concept of "student center" as the guide,clarifies that the core of teacher education curriculum reform in the context of teacher professional certification is students,student-centered,and in-depth development of the current situation of teacher education curriculum in normal universities the study.This research adheres to the "student-centered" concept,based on relevant policies,humanistic curriculum theories,process model curriculum development concepts and teacher professional development theories,and combines the research results of past scholars to carry out research work.In order to get a clear understanding of the current situation of teacher education curriculum reforms in normal universities,the author uses a combination of "surface-line-point" to obtain information.Take the overall situation of the 221 majors that have passed the second and third-level teacher professional certification across the country as a "face-to-face";from them,randomly select the talent training programs and curriculum syllabuses of the six certified chemistry majors.On-line analysis;finally,the seven teacher-training majors of M Normal University are used as research objects to conduct questionnaires and interview surveys,which focus on the chemistry majors of M Normal University,supplemented by text analysis methods to gain an in-depth understanding of M Normal University The real situation of teacher education courses.Multi-layered research has learned that the dilemma of teacher education curriculum reform is mainly manifested in the over-idealization and homogeneity of teacher education curriculum goals;the teacher education curriculum structure fails to integrate organically,and the degree of support for graduation requirements is not high;teacher education Curriculum content is outdated and conservative with low integration,and teachers’ professional ethics are marginalized;teacher education courses are limited in time and space,and there is a lack of effective management while vigorously advocating the addition of practical courses;teacher education curriculum evaluation is not comprehensive enough and the evaluation mechanism is inefficient.Based on the research attitude of "knowing what is happening and knowing why",the reason is explored from the four levels of society,school,teacher and individual normal student.Based on the survey data from all aspects,we put forward a breakthrough strategy for the "Four Modernizations" of teacher education curriculum reform: at the professional level,build a new system for talent training,consolidate the foundation for teacher professional development;strengthen the qualification training of teacher educators,and provide professionalization Teacher protection;quality level,balance the proportion of course credits,and strengthen the status of the course;develop and use quality courses to keep the curriculum vitality;practical level,understand teachers’ practical wisdom,polish teacher professional education;focus on curriculum practice management,and guarantee courses Efficient implementation;continuous level,plan text evaluation research,improve curriculum evaluation mechanism;exert self-evaluation function,improve long-term talent training mechanism. |
