Planning And Design Of Bahe Wetland Park In Xi’an Based On Bird Habitat Construction Theory

With the continuous progress of urbanization,urban wetland protection is facing great challenges,and natural ecosystems are becoming more and more vulnerable,and the habitat of birds is seriously fragmented,even threatening the survival of birds.It is urgent to create a suitable environment for birds and protect the diversity of birds.Urban Wetland Park is one of the important habitats of birds,and it is also an important place for people to understand and contact nature.Therefore,the design and construction of Urban Wetland Park Based on bird habitat is of great significance to improve the urban environment and protect the diversity of birds.This paper summarizes the planning and design methods and Strategies of Urban Wetland Park Based on bird habitat construction by using three research methods: literature research,case study and field investigation,and then designs the bird habitat of Xi’an Bahe Wetland Park.The results are summarized as follows:1.The principles of bird habitat construction were established.The suitable bird introduction plants should be selected comprehensively,and the relationship between human and birds should be fully considered from the factors of water area,road and service facilities.2.The design method of bird habitat in Urban Wetland Park is clarified.The design of Urban Wetland Park Based on the theory of bird habitat construction is to determine the species of birds,and then to carry out the planning and design of wetland park according to the characteristics of birds’ habits.The ecological protection and ecological restoration should be considered in the design of bird habitat landscape in Urban Wetland Park.The construction of bird habitat has ecological and natural forms,which is highly coincident with the purpose of wetland protection and landscape improvement required by urban wetland park design,and has high scientific popularization value.The landscape characteristic expression of Urban Wetland Park under the bird habitat is the theme of harmonious coexistence of human and bird.In the landscape design of Urban Wetland Park,there are not only various habitat types necessary for bird survival,but also various hidden bird watching points for visitors to watch birds.The coordination between them promotes the ecological value of Wetland Park.The addition of bird elements adds vitality and movement to Wetland Park.Landscape design of plants and water adds aesthetic feeling to Wetland Park,and also fully reflects the progress of Urban Wetland Park to meet the needs of the times.3.The principle and method of bird habitat design are applied to design the Xi’an Bahe Wetland Park,and a set of methods for the construction of bird habitat in Xi’an Urban Wetland Park is preliminarily constructed.
