| Urban sewage treatment project as an important part of the infrastructure construction is closely related to People’s Daily life,its level of construction directly affects the urban sewage treatment project construction by the quality of life are generally in the early stages of urban construction,the construction site is located in the downstream of the city,many facilities in underground construction,high concealment,and environmental pressure,often of the construction of the tight time limit,to the surrounding environment protection construction safety civilization requirements are relatively high,in the actual management easy problems in such aspects as safety quality progress.Therefore,the role of performance management has been paid more and more attention by managers.Under this background,this paper takes the construction project of Pu ’an Sewage Treatment Plant as an example to carry out research on its performance management.Through the literature analysis,internal data review and questionnaire survey,we identified the problems existing in PAWSCLC construction project management,such as serious lag in schedule,cost overrun,imperfect risk prevention system,unplanned procurement,and poor communication.Through these problems,we can see the deficiencies in the performance management of PAWSCLC construction project.In view of the current situation of PAWSCLC construction project performance management and these problems,combined with the actual situation of the project,using key performance indicator method,combined with 360-degree performance assessment method,using expert questionnaire method,the construction of PAWSCLC construction project performance evaluation index system,the index system is PAWSCLC construction project performance evaluation index system Target layer,consisting of five dimensions of schedule management,cost management,quality management,risk management and comprehensive management,is composed of criteria layer and 14 index layers.Then,AHP is used to give weight to the indicators at all levels of the system.This system can comprehensively evaluate the level of project performance management Taking the Construction Management Department as the pilot department,from the perspective of the implementation effect of the performance management plan,the working enthusiasm and initiative of the employees have been further improved.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,the performance management of PAWSCLC construction projects can be improved,and the performance management of other similar construction projects of the company can be referenced,so as to improve the project management level of the whole company. |
