The Hanxiong Group has been established for more than ten years,during which time it has been working deeply in the baby nappy industry.In 2020,it launched a number of wash and disinfection products in the market and achieved success,and in2021 it will build a new factory in Chengdu,Sichuan Province as its production base,and plans to be successfully listed by 2025.In recent years,due to the rapid expansion of the company's scale,some of the middle management staff have been conforming to the old ways and have obviously failed to keep pace with the rapid development of Hanxiong Group.The importance attached by the top management to the internal management of the company is increasing year by year.Performance management is one of the more direct and effective means of guiding middle managers to improve their motivation and to combine their personal development goals with the company's strategic planning.At present,the performance management of middle managers in Hanxiong Group has many problems such as formalized assessment,unreasonable index design,lack of feedback and communication links,and narrow scope of performance results application,which lead to the performance management not playing a motivating role for middle managers in Hanxiong Group.This thesis takes the middle management of Hanxiong Group as the research object,and uses key performance indicators and360-degree performance evaluation method as tools to analyze and study the existing problems of performance management of middle management of Hanxiong Group,find out the causes of the problems,and try to design a complete performance management plan for them in a targeted way.Firstly,we prepared for the performance management,clarified the short-term and long-term development strategies and business goals of Hanxiong Group,collected job information and evaluated the jobs;then,we decomposed the strategic goals and business goals of Hanxiong Group,refined the key performance indicators of the middle managers according to the departmental responsibilities and middle managers' job responsibilities of Hanxiong Group,and implemented the assessment,and the HR department followed the whole process of The Human Resources Department follows up on the collection and statistics of performance data,while the 360-degree performance evaluation method is used regularly as a supplementary tool to evaluate the middle managers.Finally,in order to ensure that the performance management can achieve the expected results,the performance management measures for the middle managers of Hanxiong Group were set up from three perspectives: system,organization and corporate culture.By combining the performance management program with the safeguards,we provide sufficient motivation and guidance to the middle managers of Hanxiong Group and ensure a high level of employee participation and cooperation in order to achieve the best results of performance management.This thesis expects the improved performance management programme to motivate middle managers and enhance work efficiency in order to help Hanxiong Group enhance the core competitiveness of the company's talent and support the achievement of its long-term development goals.In addition,as some companies in the market have similar problems with performance management,the results of this research will be a reference for companies in the same industry and with the same type of problems.
