Abstract/Summary:
Underwear,as a subdivision category of textile and clothing,has a huge mass base in the domestic clothing market.With the increase of per capita disposable income and the change of consumption concept,consumers’ demand for underwear in different scenes has gradually increased,and a high-level underwear consumption concept has been formed,which puts forward higher requirements for the comfort,health and functionality of underwear.As the "second layer of skin" of the human body,underwear is easy to be perceived by the human body.People often take tactile comfort as an important standard for underwear selection.Therefore,the industry urgently needs accurate quantitative representation to improve the tactile comfort level of products.At present,the evaluation methods of fabric tactile comfort mainly include objective evaluation and subjective evaluation.The objective evaluation is mainly to measure the relevant physical property parameters of the fabric through the instrument,and quantitatively characterize the fabric touch according to the relationship between the fabric feel and the physical characteristics.Traditional experimental instruments,such as KES and FAST fabric tactile test systems,can characterize the characteristics of fabric such as tensile strength,straightness and compactness.However,because these test results can only reflect part of the characteristics of the touch,the comprehensive tactile evaluation can not be carried out.Therefore,the comprehensive tactile evaluation in industrial application is still based on personal subjective judgment,and its instability leads to poor repeatability of subjective experiments and inconsistent evaluation standards of touch.The FTT fabric tactile tester developed by SDL atlas in the United States aims to measure the fabric touch.It can quickly detect the relevant characteristics of fabric touch in a short period of time by simulating the feeling of skin contact with cloth sheets.The physical property indexes measured are the most comprehensive among the similar instruments.Therefore,with the help of new experimental instrument FTT fabric tactile instrument to collect fabric physical performance parameters,through digital analysis,the evaluation of fabric tactile comfort is studied.It is expected that the tactile comfort of fabric can be quantitatively and scientifically evaluated.The whole research process is:First of all,referring to the relevant literature of tactile comfort research,theoretical research is carried out to explore the subjective perception principle of tactile comfort,and the sensory indicators to measure the tactile comfort of human body are determined,including smoothness,softness,and contact with cold and warm feeling.Combined with the current situation of underwear market and subsequent empirical conditions,the research method of this paper is formulated.Secondly,the physical properties of 63 underwear fabrics were tested through the fabric tactile experiment.18 physical performance indexes related to the cold and warm feeling,bending performance,compression performance,surface friction and roughness performance of the front and back sides of the fabrics under micro deformation were obtained,and three sensory evaluation indexes and comprehensive scores representing tactile comfort were also obtained.The positive data were used to evaluate the hand,the negative data is used to evaluate the touch.Thirdly,SPSS software is used for data statistics and analysis to study the relationship among physical properties,human subjective perception and comprehensive tactility.Through factor dimensionality reduction,the bending heat transfer factor,compression factor,friction factor and roughness factor are extracted to replace the original 18 physical performance indexes to participate in the regression analysis,and the regression model of physical properties and single subjective perception,the regression model of physical properties and positive and negative tactile,subjective perception and positive and negative touch are obtained.Finally,through the subjective experiments,the validity of the regression model between physical properties and single subjective perception,the effectiveness of regression model between physical properties and positive and negative tactile feeling was verified.It was confirmed that the digital evaluation model of tactile comfort could be used in evaluation of underwear fabrics,and objective digital description of subjective information was used to realize the objective and quantitative touch evaluation.A digital evaluation model is provided for the objective evaluation of fabric comfort,so that the evaluation of fabric comfort can obtain a unified evaluation standard,and the evaluation has repeatability and certainty.It lays the foundation for the further establishment of the fabric tactile card and lays the foundation for the tactile digital evaluation of all fabrics.
