| This paper made subjective and objective test and evaluation to the heat-moisturecomfort, tactile comfort and related properties from the two aspects of fabric and itsunderwear in the actual conditions. The results were as follows:(1) Five PTT blended knitting fabric (Cotton/PTT, Modal/PTT, Linen/PTT/C,Viloft/PTT and F-IR/PTT) and two pure spinning knitted fabrics (Cotton and Modal) werechosen to as sample. First, the seven fabrics were tested and analysed by experimentalapparatus, and the grey evaluation method was used to make comprehensive evaluation ofheat-moisture comfort of seven kinds of fabrics. Second, combined with subjective and theobjective evaluation method, Borda method of fuzzy mathematics was used to makecomprehensive evaluation of tactile comfort of seven kinds of fabrics. Finally, theheat-moisture comfort was combined with tactile comfort and other related properties, theBorda method, close value method and fuzzy clustering method were used to makecomprehensive evaluation. The results of the study show that: The sorting order of sevenfabrics comprehensive performance were as follows:{Modal, Modal/PTT, Viloft/PTT},{Cotton/PTT, Cotton, F-IR/PTT},{Linen/PTT/C}, it means Modal, Modal/PTT andViloft/PTT were members of fabrics with good comprehensive performance, better satisfythe requirements of the people. The comprehensive performance of Cotton/PTT, Cottonand F-IR/PTT was ordinary, can meet the basic requirements of people, the comprehensiveperformance of Linen/PTT/C fabric was bad, not suitable for making underwear.(2) On the basis of testing and analysis of seven fabrics, the underwear made ofModal/PTT, Cotton/PTT, Modal and Cotton fabrics were chosen to make body wearingexperiment. On the one hand, the temperature and humidity sensor was used to takeobjective record of the body surface temperature and relative humidity changing, on theother hand, questionnaire was used to survey the heat-moisture comfort feeling of participants, then obtained the change law of body surface temperature and relativehumidity and subjective feeling connection. The results show that, the sorting order of fourfabrics wearing comfort were as follows: Modal clothing, Modal/PTT clothing,Cotton/PTT clothing, Cotton clothing, it means the heat-moisture comfort feeling of Modal,Modal/PTT blended knitting underwear was better, Cotton/PTT blended knittingunderwear better than Cotton underwear. Thus PTT blended knitting fabric has wideapplication prospects in underwear field. |
