Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Unsafe Behaviors Of Construction Workers Based On SEM

With the continuous growth of the scale of construction projects,the output value of the construction industry accounts for about one fourth of China’s GDP and gradually becomes one of the pillar industries of China’s economy.However,the huge scale and the mismatched construction technology and management ability bring more production safety accidents,which have a huge negative impact on the society,enterprises and individuals.Academics at home and abroad believe that most accidents are directly caused by people’s unsafe behaviors,and the unsafe behaviors of the deceased have become the focus of research,and the generation mechanism,influencing factors and pre-control and correction methods of unsafe behaviors are also hot topics.In this paper,244 accident reports of large and above grade in various provinces and cities from 2005 to 2019 were used as data sources to explore the key factors affecting the unsafe behavior of construction workers by SEM analysis.First read the related research results at home and abroad,literature review of unsafe behavior related theory,including the nature of human behavior and the related theory model,the comparison of human error and human unsafe behavior,safety psychology,accident cause theory,the four influencing factors of human-material-environmentmanagement.Secondly,the latent variables and observation indexes of the structural equation model were obtained by literature research method,and the research hypothesis was put forward and the initial model was established.244 accident reports were scored by using Likert five-level scale from the perspective of 20 observation indexes.SPSS 24.0 was used to carry out correlation analysis and test on the data samples formed by accident reports.The initial model was fitted and evaluated by AMOS 24.0,and the MI value report of AMOS was used to modify the model.Finally,the model conforming to the evaluation criteria was obtained.It can be seen that the lack of education and training,the defect of technical management and individual quality seriously affect the occurrence of unsafe behaviors of construction workers by decomposing the effects of each latent variable on unsafe behaviors.Finally,according to the fitting results of the revised model and related statements,the paper summarizes the measures and methods to reduce the unsafe behaviors of construction workers from the aspects of technical management input,workers’ safety knowledge level,and employees’ management.I am willing to make a modest contribution to the safety management of on-site construction to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.
