Study On Unsafe Behavior Of Construction Workers In Construction Site

Construction is the important pillar industry of national economy and the prosperous industry.It is an important force to promote the development of national economy.But our country construction production operation complexity,poor environmental conditions and construction technology control is difficult,production safety accidents are frequent.In recent years,the security situation has improved but is still grim.The frequent occurrence of construction accidents not only increases the production cost of enterprises,but also reduces the safety production efficiency.The construction safety accidents are caused by people's unsafe behavior.Thus it can be seen that reducing the unsafe behavior of construction workers is the main way to control and reduce accidents in construction safety.Combined the classification method of enterprise worker casualty classification of unsafe behavior research with the actual situation of the construction site,the unsafe behavior of construction workers is divided into 10 categories.By means of behavioral sampling and weighted hazard index,the risk of unsafe behaviors and unsafe behaviors of various types of work were obtained.This article adopts the method of theory study to determine the construction site construction workers' unsafe behavior influencing factors of evaluation index system,combining the entropy weight method to quantitatively evaluate the influence of each evaluation index weight.Finally build the construction site construction workers' unsafe behavior influence factor evaluation model.This paper take noise as an example,by collecting and measuring the main noise of the construction site,the laboratory simulates the site environment conditions,and builds the experimental platform.Using pile-driver as the noise source to design experiments,and using the schulte scale,the average reaction time and reliability are the reference standards,to study he effect of noise on unsafe behavior.The study shows that noise is the least influence on the unsafe behavior of construction workers when noise is 30 dB.Based on safety management,safety ergonomics,construction safety behavior management system research theory and research method,according to the above research results,put forward the prevention and control of construction workers concrete measures of unsafe behavior.
