In recent years,construction industry accidents have occurred frequently.It has become the second largest dangerous industry that accidents offen occur.Workers' unsafe behaviors are directly or indirectly related to these accidents,and become one of the main causes of accidents in the construction industry.At the same time,unsafe behaviors in construction projects often have the characteristics of group-occurrence,disseminative and repeatability,which are difficult to manage.Therefore,this study combines the theoretical foundations of psychology,social science,and engineering management,integrates management science,behavioral science and information science.Taking the group of construction workers as the entry point,this study constructs an evaluation method of group-influencing factors of construction workers' unsafe behavior and group-influencing factors' measure model,and quantitatively analysis the mechanism of group-influencing factors.Based on the above,this study deeply explores the mechanisms and rules of group norms within workers to describe the behavioral status of the workers,and proposes safety management measures for individuals within groups and groups.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Targeting construction workers,this study constructs a group safety stress factor indicator system to comprehensively describe the impact of group-influencing factors of construction workers' unsafe behavior.The group-influencing factors are mainly divided into two categories: external organizational system factors and group norm factors within workers' groups.To comprehensively evaluate the group safety stress factor indicator system,this study constructs a DEMATEL-ANP-based index evaluation method based on DEMATEL and ANP methods.The result shows that the safety communication factor among the group norm factors is the most important.(2)This study constructs a theoretical model of the mechanism of workers' group safety stress at the perceptual level to clarify the position and role of group safety stress factors in the unsafe behavior chain of workers,and quantitatively analyses the group safety stress.Through surveys,questionnaires and other methods combined with engineering examples to measure workers' group safety stress at the perceptual level.Then we can accurately quantify workers' group safety stress by combining the weights of indicators in Chapter two to quantitatively describe the behavioral state of workers with the influence of group safety stress.(3)Based on the theory of social network analysis,this study deeply analyses the group norm stess within worker groups,and uses social network analysis method to establish a sociological models to calculate and simulate the propagation process of group norm stess.Using network analysis indicators,combined with the idea of PageRank algorithm to introduce the node evaluating indicator of network-node-importance,this study quantitatively analyses the mechanism of group norm stress to search for the internal law of group interaction.Finally,we conduct specific analysis combined with the example,and propose corresponding social network optimization measures to the manager in order to improve the overall security status of the workers' group.
