| Global warming is becoming more and more serious, which seriously affects the survival and development of human beings, and has become a severe test faced by all countries.More and more countries and scientists focus on energy conservation, carbon emission reduction,low-carbon economy and other issues.Since China became the world’s largest carbon dioxide emitter in 2006,China’s carbon emission has become the focus of the world, and the pressure of emission reduction is increasing day by day.For our country, the current environmental situation is not optimistic and the air quality is low.At the same time,as a large export trade country,China’s energy consumption structure is dominated by coal, which faces the double pressure of export trade and carbon emission reduction. This paper first explains the theoretical framework of the impact of export trade on carbon emissions, and proposes the impact of export trade on carbon emissions through scale effect, structural effect, intensity effect, economic effect and ecological effect.Secondly,it analyzes China’s export trade from the aspects of total trade volume and trade structure, which shows that China is a big export trade country, and industrial manufactured goods are the main export products of China;at the same time, based on the analysis of China’s energy consumption and carbon emissions,it shows that China’s energy consumption structure is unsustainable, the energy consumption and carbon emissions are increasing every year, and the overall carbon emission intensity is decreasing.Thirdly,China is divided into three regions.According to the collected and calculated data of China’s export trade and carbon emissions, the decoupling model,LMDI decomposition method and panel data model are used to analyze the impact of China’s and regional export trade on carbon emissions from both short-term and long-term aspects. The empirical results show that:(1)In the short term,China’s export trade and carbon emissions are in an ideal weak decoupling state in the last five years, the scale effect and economic effect of China’s export trade have a pull effect on carbon emissions, and the decoupling state of carbon emissions and export trade is not reasonable; The structure effect, intensity effect, investment effect and trade effect can restrain carbon emission, and the decoupling of carbon emission and export trade is ideal. The scale effect of the three major regions in the East, the West and the East has a greater pull on carbon emissions.Carbon emissions and export trade show an unsatisfactory expansionary negative decoupling state.Due to the influence of geographical location, resource endowment and other factors, other effects of carbon emissions and export trade show different degrees of decoupling state.(2)In the long run,the scale effect, intensity effect, economic effect and structural effect of China’s and regional export trade play an important role in promoting carbon emissions. Finally, based on the research of the paper, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the carbon emission of China’s export trade. |
