Research On The Impact Of China's Industrial Products Export Carbon Emissions Based On The Trade Environment Effect

Since China started to implement the policy of reform and opening up since 1978,China's economy has been developing rapidly,especially after China's integration into the world economic integration,our country more deeply into the economic globalization,the economic growth rate for the world's attention,the rapid development of foreign trade,now is the second largest economy in the world and the world's largest export country.Among them,the export trade of industrial products is growing rapidly,which provides an important driving force for China's economic growth.However,China's export sector industries from labor-intensive and resource intensive,the production of export goods is high energy consumption and high emission and high pollution characteristics,at the same time also pay the exchange for exports of environmental and resource costs are very large,while China's import substitution in the bear responsible for the carbon emissions.This not only brings negative effect to our production and life,but also in the future that China's export trade is facing severe challenges of "carbon tariff" barriers to green trade barriers,to lose our traditional comparative advantage.Therefore this paper takes the environmental effects of trade as the starting point,the carbon emissions of China's industrial products export quantitative calculation,and the effect of decomposition to analyze the influencing factors of China's industrial sector carbon emissions,provide empirical support for the realization of industrial emissions.Therefore,this paper uses input-output method(IO)and Cassell-Walrasian model to calculate the coefficient of carbon emissions and carbon emissions of China's industrial products,analysis and comparison of each industry's carbon emission level;and then using the LMDI factor analysis method,analyzes the various effects of carbon emissions of industrial products export scale,China the structure and technical aspects,and draws some conclusions,carbon emissions and carbon emissions coefficient calculated by the input-output method,China's industrial sector carbon emissions growth is decreasing year by year,and the high carbon sectors of low carbon emission reduction effect,and a large increase in exports increased year by year the export structure,transfer to the low carbon trend has significant.Through the calculation of the three effects of the time period can be seen,in the first secondcalculation period,the main factors affecting the carbon emissions change is the export scale.In the first period,the scale effect of export trade on carbon emissions is positive,and the remaining two effects are negative.In the second period,the effect of export trade on carbon emissions of the three indicators are negative.The use of low carbon energy saving and emission reduction technology is a key factor or not will have an important impact on the carbon emissions increase,so the need for China's export structure optimization,to achieve clean,is one of the main work.China's industrial development by optimizing two period of calculation,calculation period in third(2012-2015)three emission reduction effect caused by the obvious,especially the technology and structure effect,so our country in the realization of foreign trade growth,to keep pace of industrial development and carbon emissions,to jointly promote the implementation of trade and environmental protection,mainly in the structure and technical aspects of the work.On the basis of the empirical analysis we know that the current stage of China's industry to achieve a low carbon clean and sustainable development,we need to make efforts in two aspects of technology and structure,so our view from the macro level of national policy,export industry and industrial export enterprises in micro level,should seize this rare the historical opportunity for development,low carbon innovation,hit a low carbon industry for China conditions and has China characteristics in the development of new road.
