Study On The Optimization Of Limited Space Operation Management In Industrial And Trade Enterprises Under The Perspective Of Symbiosis

Abstract/Summary:
Accidents in finite space operations have been frequent in recent years,and the investigation has revealed that the causes of the accidents are mostly operational management factors.In order to solve the problems in the management of finite space operations,this paper introduces FRAM,symbiosis theory and ISM and ANP methods to conduct a comprehensive study on the management of finite space operations,with a view to improving the control mechanism of finite space operations and improving the safety level of finite space operations.Firstly,the article summarizes the realistic and ideal situation of finite space operation management based on the regulatory requirements and field research results,and draws a functional resonance diagram for comparison and analysis;secondly,the symbiosis theory is introduced to qualitatively analyze the symbiosis mechanism of the current situation of finite space operation management;then the explanatory structure model method is used to construct a finite space operation management system structure model,and the weight calculation of the model factors is combined with the network method to obtain the quantitative results of the factor weights.Finally,through the qualitative and quantitative analysis,the optimization strategy of finite space operation management is proposed,and the"low code"system is used as an example to build a management platform to build a symbiotic management platform for finite space operation.The results of the study show that,(1)the analysis of the functional resonance energy interaction between personnel and links in the ideal state shows that there is a large gap between the ideal and the actual management state,and there is mainly a problem of lack of system in the operation management of personnel and link dimensions.(2)Eleven symbiotic mode results can be obtained between personnel involved in finite space operations,which appear to have multiple interaction processes,but the energy values in the actual mutual transmission situations are not high and are distributed in two modes,S22 and S32.(3)three symbiotic patterns can be obtained between finite space operation links,although there are not many types of patterns,but the distribution of symbiotic patterns of operation links is not concentrated in personnel patterns,there is a relatively close symbiotic relationship between operation implementation/end of operation in S32,moreover,there is a symbiotic relationship before operation/end of operation in S21 which is not obvious,this result shows that the development of operation links is not balanced and the links are poorly coordinated.(4)The sensitivity of the factor of finite space operation management system is 0.510>0.401>0.089,which confirms the symbiotic analysis.The results of the study show that the energy flow of personnel is the most complex,which further shows that the attention and management of personnel is the most important factor to solve the operation management problem.(5)The analysis of the problems in the three dimensions of personnel,links and environment yielded four solutions:clear responsibilities,refined operational processes,personnel motivation and common supervision,which can be used as guidelines for the optimization of finite space operations management as a result.
