With the speeding up of the global economic integration,the market competition enterprises are facing more complex.Without high value-added products,product profitability declined year by year,Huibang mechanical and electrical company development encountered bottleneck period.Core competence is the key factor for enterprise to obtain sustainable competitive advantage,the current domestic and foreign scholars don’t have much study on the theory of the core competence,the unified complete theoretical system hasn’t been established.To solve these problems,this article refers to a large number of document literature,combines with the actual situation of Huibang mechanical and electrical company,using qualitative and quantitative analysis,mathematical statistics method,to evaluate Huibang machinery company’s core competitiveness,the purpose is to let Huibang fully understand their own core competitiveness,to give some strategies for Huibang to enhance the core competitiveness.The main content of this paper is as follows:First of all,the paper summarizes the existing core competence theory,understands the basic concepts of the core competitiveness and analyzes the the connotation,characteristic and evaluation research methods of core competitiveness deeply,six elements in enterprise core competitiveness are concluded.Secondly,combining the components of enterprise core competitiveness,the paper gives the qualitative analysis of Huibang machinery company respectively,to make certain the ability level of six aspects including management,manufacturing,resource acquisition,innovation,marketing and culture.Then,it is the Huibang machinery core competitiveness evaluation research.After understanding the whole process of the evaluation work,the paper analyzes the component of core competitiveness index system and model,and makes the empirical evaluation with the theory of grey statistics and mutation progression method.Finally,according to the evaluation results,standing in the perspective of the overall development of Huibang,the paper puts forward some strategies of enhancing Huibang company’s core competitiveness.
