With the improvement of science and technology, social electrical load increasing. Power system network increasingly enlarges and constantly develops towards to be networked and more intelligent. Switch cubicle bears function that closing and disconnecting the power line and protecting the security of the system. The safe operation of switch cubicle plays great importance to keep the safe and reliable service of electric system. Hence, the temperature real-time measurement of contactor in the switch cubicle is one of the absolutely essential measurements in modern electric power system. Traditional switch cubicle temperature measurement modes have too many shortages such as long period, complex construction, low efficiency and difficult to management. Meanwhile, because of switch cubicle exists in high voltage and high-intensity magnetic field environment, the switch cubicle contactor temperature detection mode is restricted. Wireless temperature detection attracts much more attention caused by its advantages such as less complex lead wire, safety insulation, low cost, simple installation, resistance to electromagnetic interference. It is suitable for high voltage switchgear temperature monitoring system, and this system solves the problem that its hard to monitor the temperature of switch cubicle high-voltage contactor.This task comes from wireless temperature monitoring system research project of one electric limited company, zibo, Shandong province. The concrete needs of this system utilize the wireless temperature sensor fixed on the high temperature high-voltage switchgear contactor to achieve the real-time temperature detection and transmit temperature value to situ temperature acquisition terminal through wireless communication technology. In order to make sure that control room staff could observe the temperature in the switch cubicle, pc software could achieve data communications, real-time temperature displaying and warning, data storage and analysis, etc. It is designed to realize real-time temperature monitoring and early warning of high-voltage switchgear contactor.The main work of this article is that real-time temperature monitoring software development based on integration thermometry chip, wireless communication technology and the host computer real-time temperature monitoring. Firstly, according to the customer’s requirements, this detection system makes full use of the advantages of server and client hardware environment whose overall framework is designed based on C/S system framework. Secondly, using the modular design methods, this monitoring system software is divided into different functional modules, including: configuration module, server-side memory management module, data collection module, drawing module, real-time interface display module and auxiliary monitoring module and detailed program design of each module is proposed. Lastly, software programming language is utilized to achieve the function of each module. Configuration module, the server-side memory management module and the drawing module are installed on the server side. The data collection module and real-time interface module are installed on different client. In order to achieve the purpose of real-time temperature monitoring and early warning of high-voltage switchgear contactor, various functional modules are independent of each other, and work together with each other. Compared with the existed temperature measurement system, the advantages of this detection system is that memory data sharing mechanism is used to optimize the efficiency of database access and developed a drawing program to allow the users to draw the monitoring interface free and flexible.High-voltage switchgear temperature real-time online monitoring system realizes switch cubicle high-voltage contactor temperature real-time monitoring and early warning, releases the possibility of power system accidents smartly and has significance to ensure the safety operation of high-voltage switchgear and the power system.
