| Unconventional dedicated tower crane is a kind of new tower crane.Compared with the traditional tower crane,it has the extra construction level bridge.It is mainly designed to solve the following problems: traditional tower crane requires too much ancillary equipment in the construction of similar tower and bridge structure,its equipment resource utilization is lower and the ancillary equipment costs more.In the design of unconventional dedicated tower crane,it is necessary to study the reliability and stability,but the use of the finite element analysis software ANSYS to study unconventional dedicated tower crane on the mechanical properties has the following problems:(1)When using ANSYS to study the large-scale structure,model building process occupies the most of the time of the whole analysis.For the unconventional dedicated tower crane,its the addition part,the construction level bridge,leads to the modeling process more complicated.(2)As a result of the menus and options of ANSYS are in English,the interface is complex.For beginners,it is hard to get started.So it is necessary for the tower crane designers and producers to have stronger ability(3)ANSYS software,itself,has shortcomings.It does not have the user operation return function.When ANSYS is used to analyze complex structure,such as tower crane,if an error occurs,the user has to start again.So it may lead to a low design efficiency.dedicated tower crane,the modeling work needs do again and again,it leads to the waste of human resources.Based on the solution of the above problem and improving the design efficiency of unconventional dedicated tower crane,at the same time,for unconventional dedicated tower crane,it has a large number of repeat and similar parts and stronger modeling rule.So in this paper ANSYS parametric design language APDL combined with MFC programming language is used to exploit ANSYS secondary development.In the end,the rapid design system of unconventional dedicated tower crane has be designed.IN this software,ANSYS batch programs act as its interface tool and the method of opening stream conversion file and photo viewer is used to browse result pictures,The system provides a variety of popular finite element analysis functions.It mainly includes finite element modeling,the static analysis,modal analysis,harmonic response analysis,transient solution and buckling analysis.Designers can input parameters in the software interface to finish the finite element modeling and other finite element analysis tasks.The system also provides a function demonstration module.This module provides default parameters,users can directly demonstrate the various functions in it.In this paper,according to the data provided by the Institute of Building Mechanization China Academy of Building Research,static and dynamic analysis,stability and reliability of unconventional dedicated tower crane also have be verified.The stability influence rule of changing the number of tower sections has be studied by using this system.Above application shows the system is faster and simpler when used in finite element modeling,has accurate calculation results and checking the results of the analysis is convenient and efficient. |
