| Objective:To develop a new type of glove combined with low frequency electrical stimulation for the recovery of wrist and hand movement after stroke,so as to seek a more effective treatment for the clinical treatment.Method:According to the characteristics of hand related muscle movement,a new kind of gloves used for low frequency electrical stimulation is developed.It can be fixed accurately and stimulate hand muscles more effectively.Methods 60 patients with stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Before the treatment,the two groups were given routine medical treatment in the acupuncture department,treatment,the control group was treated with electric acupuncture,and the waveform was selected continuous wave,frequency 2Hz;The patients in the treatment group were treated with new gloves and fixed pole plates.After treatment with low frequency electrical stimulation,the waveforms were selected by interrupted wave,interrupted by 1:1,and frequency by 50Hz;The two groups were treated 30 minutes each time,1 times a day,6 days a week treatment,rest for 1 days,a total of 30 days treatment.The Lindmark wrist hand function score,Fugl-Meyer scale score(upper),BarthelADL index(upper)score,score and neurologic impairment scores Lovett muscle strength(CSS)to evaluate the curative effect.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0 software.Result:1.the two groups before and after treatment in the group comparison,hand function of patients in each group according to the Lindmark score,Fugl-Meyer score(upper part),BarthelADL index score,Lovett muscle strength and CSS score,compared with before treatment were improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.the two groups after treatment were compared between groups,two cases of wrist hand function Lindmark score,Fugl-Meyer score(upper part),BarthelADL index score,Lovett muscle strength and CSS score,the treatment group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.the total effective rate of the two groups were respectively in the treatment group(n=83.3%)and the control group(n=63.3%).The treatment group was higher than the control group,and the curative effect was better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.wearing new gloves application of low-frequency electrical stimulation,can take into account the hand muscles,the muscles of hand and wrist movements to achieve common stimulation,improve muscle function and activity,improve the wrist and hand fine motor function and activities of daily living.2.wearing new gloves with low frequency electrical stimulation treatment of clinical efficacy is better than electroacupuncture treatment,stroke hand wrist movement recovery effect is remarkable. |
