Today,China’s urban construction and transportation construction are both in a crucial stage.On the one hand,with urbanization and the accelerating development of motorization,traffic congestion has become a major challenge,in terms of the environment,the PM2.5 index has soared and the pollution has been serious.On the other hand,during the period of urban reform in metro construction,it is the best time to realize eco-city and green transportation to follow the goal of green transportation.From the demand and supply perspectives,we should learn advanced transportation concepts and hopefully achieve the goal of green cities,green transportation leaping development.Traffic congestion caused a huge waste of time and increased environmental pollution,the average driving speed in most cities in China has dropped to 25km/h,and some sections even only7-8km/h,due to increased emissions caused by the slow vehicles,the city’s air quality is further deteriorating.Traffic problems have also caused huge economic losses.In order to ease the pressure on transport brought by economic development and make the best use of available resources to make the most of their contributions,all countries have increased their research on the intelligent transportation system and the intensity of construction.This paper studied the development status of traffic only at home and abroad,and investigated the characteristics of big data in intelligent system,and analyzed the existing problems of data mining technology in the application of ITS.Through the investigation and analysis and data collection,the paper focused on several aspects such as traffic flow prediction,traffic congestion time mining and traffic flow pattern mining.First of all,for traffic flow prediction,this paper presents a traffic flow prediction algorithm based on the combined model.Secondly,based on the data of the road traffic flow,the establishment of the road traffic flow model library is proposed.Based on this,an efficient mining algorithm is proposed;Finally,combined with the above algorithm,this paper proposed a traffic signal intelligent adjustment algorithm.
