Automotive industry and automotive parts have entered the high speed development mode.The competition among enterprises is getting fiercer.It is expected that the new project will be completed in the shortest time.Similarly,the development of automotive parts,is undoubtedly a higher requirement and more intense competition.If the project development schedule couldn’t meet customer requirements or the development of parts couldn’t resist to risks,the company will be eliminated under the market competition.SKoito automotive lamp Co.,Ltd.is a Sino Japanese joint venture enterprise.The leader of Chinese side not willing to become the foundries of the Japan Koito,and they committed on development and technological innovation.Under this situation,it lost the support of Japanese side in terms of technology gradually.Thus it is important to develop the project management to control the develop schedule of automotive parts in this background.The knowledge of project management is applied on the development of automotive lamp in this thesis.It is studied to control the schedule of project and risk control.The network diagram was investigated and the schedule was updated to control the project milestones.In the risk management,DFMEA was introduced to estimate the risk assessment,risk identification,quantification and control.It’s proposed to preventing,avoiding reducing and transferring according to the principles of risk management.Finally,DFMEA inspection form,through the accumulation of experience in the project,was established to reduce the risk of product development.The scheme was carried out in the company and achieve good results.
