In recent years,with the introduction of magnetic levitation technology,the integration of maglev centrifugal cold standing in domestic gradually become a hot research topic,maglev centrifugal integrated cold station system is mainly composed of magnetic levitation host refrigeration system,cooling water circulation system,frozen water cycle system and air handling system together,due to the cold water within the host maglev centrifugal compressor regulation margin,with strong sex to load change,can make the host always stay high and moderate state run cold water,provide strong support for system energy saving.Due to domestic began to study of magnetic levitation compressor technology in recent years,how to guarantee its under reasonable operation condition,the system control parameters,the host how to realize the cold water in the whole control system and other subsystems coupling match,according to the actual demand,to realize the control system,both the need for in-depth study.Therefore,with the aid of industrial control,combined with the characteristics of magnetic suspension compressor,and related parts,the matching relation between designed and implemented in accordance with the practical application of control system is the key to the success of integrated cold standing high efficiency and energy saving.Maglev centrifugal compressor,the author of this paper as the core components,the characteristics of water chiller for maglev centrifugal integrated research and analysis on the cold station control principle,reasonably design the business logic of the control system processes and the related control strategy,the specific control strategies including water chillers and its related equipment start-stop control,frequency conversion control of circulating water system,and the cold water equal host running time optimal control,as far as possible,to overcome the system of large time delay characteristics,reduce redundancy,to ensure that the system can be effective and stable operation.At the same time,by adopting the technology of PAC,according to the characteristics of the sensor data to the collected signals,combined with the overall design scheme of the system and control strategy,respectively from the hardware design and software realization were studied,the simulation and realization.The control system is designed as a three-layer network architecture,and the bottom up is the site control layer,gateway control layer and the upper monitoring layer,so as to realize the remote monitoring and operation of the whole integrated cold station.In order to study how to realize the coordinated energy consumption matching control between the cold water hosts,the integrated cold station system is equipped with multiple cold water hosts simultaneously.Through the study and analysis of the relationship between the host COP and its operating load,the paper designs and simulates the control strategy of the coordinated energy consumption of the multiple cold water hosts.Finally air handling systems for internal failure often wind valve device,design the equipment fault selfdiagnosis of specific solutions and operation process.
