The sluice gate of the hydropower station is a control device for closing and opening the drainage channel.It has the functions of flood discharge during flood season,controlling of water level of the waterway,regulation of flow and hydropower generation.The safe and stable operation of the gate is not only closely related to the rational use of water resources,but also bears the safety of people’s lives and property in the upper and lower reaches of the river.Therefore,the sluice gate system needs to ensure efficient use at all times to avoid major accidents caused by failures during operation.The research content of this paper belongs to the actual project-an important part of the research and application of on-line condition monitoring system for sluice gate of Fuchunjiang Power Plant.The control system of the radial sluice gate was modified in the early 21 st century.The transformation is mainly carried out for the upgrade of the old control system of the gate and the monitoring of the control status.By upgrading the control system,increasing the limit switch,opening sensor,establishing three-level control mode,and optimizing the control strategy,the automation degree of the flood gate is increased.However,there are still major deficiencies in the diagnosis and analysis of the health status of the gate and the abnormality of the control system.In view of the above deficiencies,this paper analyzes the various factors affecting the operation safety of the sluice and its hidden danger model,determines the characteristic parameters and early warning indicators that need to be monitored.At the same time,it combines the fault tree theory and expert system theory of the logic analysis method to monitor the gates in real time.The fault tree theory is mainly used to model and analyze the entire gate monitoring system by means of the logical causal relationship between fault trees,and to establish a gate health state fault tree.The expert system theory is mainly based on the establishment of the fault tree model.Through the search system and the inference rules of the expert system,it can judge the health status of the gate and provide guidance on the current state of the equipment.The ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to analyze the position of the gate body that needs to be monitored.The anchor cable gauge and strain gauge required for measuring the stress are installed at the corresponding location.In addition,combined with the gate lifting,lowering and stopping signals collected in the gate control cabinet,the hoister’s voltage,current and speed signals collected by the inverter,the load signal of the load cell,and the opening signal on the opening meter to realize real-time data collection of the gate system.Based on this,the data acquisition,operation monitoring,data processing and early warning platform of the gate on-line condition monitoring system are established by LabVIEW.It can realize the whole process monitoring of each part of the gate system,realize the collection and storage of the various signals of the gate,realize the gate monitoring data again by means of data curve and table reproduction,realize the judgment of the health status of the gate and predict the possible failure and timely alarm display.
