There are 63 sluice gates in Shandong Province along Yellow River, most of it areculvert structure. The total abstraction volume is 2423m~3/s and the irrigated area is34,930,000 mou. Worked as the lion's share of water source, Yellow River is animportant pillar of economic increment and social stability for Shandong Province. Butbecause the Yellow River water resource is hard up and the water consumption is sharpincreased, coupled other factors, water shutoff in downriver reach becomes more andmore serious. In order to protect Yellow River water resource, our nation put forward anproject called Digitalization of Yellow River. As a basic project in Digitalization ofYellow River project, the Yellow River Sluice Gate Remote Inspection and ControlSystem, which is an important part and core technology for Yellow River waterresources scheduling and informatization management. As the bottom core for wholeYellow River Sluice Gate Remote Inspection and Control System, the auto inspectionsystem in the locale of sluice gate, expatiated in this paper, will realize the autoinspection of hoist's working status and local environment in sluice gate and enablesuperior to master the hydrological regime and make decision.In term of the demand of Yellow River Sluice Gate Remote Inspection and ControlSystem, this paper refers to study work as follows,(1)To expound Yellow River sluice gate's function and the important significanceof Yellow River Sluice Gate Remote Inspection and Control System. With theintroduction of reform objective and the status quo of Yellow River sluice gate locale, itis very necessary to carry out study on auto inspection system in the locale of sluicegate.(2)To introduce the structure and local environment of Yellow River sluice gatelocale. With the analysis of working principal and possible problem of windlass hoistand screw hoist, the necessary detected parameters are put forward. Then, an overallinspection scheme based on the PLC is chosen to realize gate opening, load, water level,humiture and electric equipment state auto inspection and transport.(3)To select appropriate sensors for different parameters and to design measuringstructure. For example: selecting absolute encoder to inspect gate opening; selectingload sensor and tension sensor to inspect load and tension; selecting ultrasonic liquidlevel sensor to inspect water level.(4)To analyze data processing arithmetic about parameters detected by sensors.(5)To certify the protection values of load for different gates by experiment.Accuracy and range of measurement, system real time character is validated throughlocale debugging and remote debugging. As a result, auto inspection system in Yellow River sluice gate based on PLC worksin the course of nature, and realizes expected function. |
