With the development of water conservancy industry in our country, sluice gate station and other hydraulic structures have stepped into a fast construction period. Due to its importance, once the accident emerges, the consequences would be unbearable to contemplate. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct engineering safety monitoring. This topic utilizes Android phone to establish personal portable remote monitoring and management platform that can achieve remote monitoring and other functions of mobile phone, which is more convenient and speed than the traditional management way with stronger operability. Meanwhile, conducting safety monitoring is inseparable from the deep mining and analysis on massive monitoring data, through the research on analysis and processing methods of engineering safety monitoring data, and then finding out possible safety hidden dangers from monitoring data, so this is a topic worthy of research.Chapter 1 firstly introduces the purpose and significance of this topic research, it analyzes the research status of existing sluice gate station engineering safety monitoring system in China and foreign countries, then it proposes existing the existing problems, and elaborates the development trend in sluice gate station engineering safety monitoring.Chapter 2 firstly make functional requirements analysis on Gaogang sluice gate station engineering safety monitoring system of Taizhou Yinjiang River, and then introduces the system’s overall structure, based on this, it conducts the type selection of on-site sensors and acquisition unit, and introduces software architecture of system.Chapter 3 firstly introduces the related technologies applied during development process. It makes design for software system function modules according to the applied Android development technology, then introduces the design and implementation of system database. As for the server-end of system, it applies Tomcat and MySQL database which are applied to receive and store the data collected by sensors in various monitoring stations of sluice gate station field, then provides inquiry service for Android users. At last, it implements function module development of system, detailed development process refers to appendix.Chapter 4 mainly shows the real test results of sluice gate station engineering safety monitoring system based on Android platform, including the following five function modules: system user right management function, panoramic display function, monitoring data inquiry function, seepage line function and multipoint historical data contrastive function.Chapter 5 conduct the research on analysis and processing method of engineering safety monitoring data. By conducting time series modeling analysis on YYL051 monitoring point data, it verifies the accuracy of model, then proves that ARIMA time series model can be applied in sluice gate station engineering safety monitoring. After this, it respectively conducts abnormal measured value analysis and correlation analysis on Gaogang sluice gate station. Through the statistical tests and correlation analysis, it can conduct troubleshooting on the measured value and measured points that may be safety hidden dangers, which provides important reference for safe and stable operation of Gaogang sluice gate station.Finally, it makes summary and generalization on the topic research work, then it points out the deficiencies and makes the prospect.
