The Research On Technology Innovation Management Of The Automation Division Of The QY Research Institute

Automation division of QY Institute is a leading domestic scientific research unit in the field of marine engine room automation,long-term engaged in the development and production of marine and marine areas of civil military and civilian products.However,due to the external economic environment,the overall downturn in the fierce market competition,at the same time due to the lack of effective management of technological innovation,leading core technology division lost gradually,the development has encountered a bottleneck,especially the cause of future technological innovation objectives are not clear,the sea ship security service and non ship business sustained and rapid development of value and the feasible direction of technological innovation has not been found.In order to help automation division of QY Institute get out of the dilemma,this paper firstly analyses the current situation and trend of the industry;and the analysis of the QY Institute of Automation Department of business and technology innovation management status,find out problems;and including the use of analysis and evaluation of five forces model and SWOT analysis tools for QY Institute of Automation Department of the technical innovation of the internal conditions and external environment,analysis and formulation of the overall division,and the ship engine room automation business and industrial automation business innovation strategy;finally,this paper also points out the improvement measures to solve the problem of specific management,including technology innovation strategy,organization optimization,innovation,talent incentive innovation fund,technology innovation evaluation index and other aspects,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.In the face of the economic downturn,the economic organizations are actively looking for new direction of technological innovation,and constantly upgrade their technological innovation management level,improve profitability.The results of this study not only helps to solve the existing QY Research Institute of automation technology innovation management division problems,have a certain reference value and use value of other ongoing transformation and upgrading of enterprises.
