In the increasingly competitive market environment,ho w to respond quickly,optimize production logistics and improve the operation efficiency of production system is the key for traditional manufacturing enterprises to improve their market core competitiveness.Facility layout planning is of great significan ce for enterprises to improve product production efficiency and service quality,in which the improvement of production logistics is an important means of facility layout planning.In this paper,the production workshop of an enterprise is taken as a case study,according to the characteristics of workshop processing object and process manufacturing,and the workshop production logistics is taken as the starting point.the workshop facility layout planning is studied by using the methods of system layout design,genetic algorithm and production modeling and simulation.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of the production workshop of the enterprise from two aspects of workshop layout and logistics.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the production workshop,based on the method of system layout design,the original layout of the workshop is quantitatively analyzed,and two initial layout schemes of parallel layout and parallel multi-area layout are designed.the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are compared and analyzed according to the total logistics traffic volume.Thirdly,in order to solve the precocious problem of genetic algorithm,the simulated annealing factor is introduced into the algorithm,and the paral lel multi-area optimal layout scheme of the production workshop is given.Finally,using Any Logic simulation software,build the simulation model of the workshop production system,analyze the problems existing in the production system in the simulation process,and finally get the overall optimization scheme of the workshop production system.The research results show that the research in this paper can improve the operation efficiency of the production system,speed up the response,optimize the production logistics,and enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise.At the same time,the parallel multi-area layout mode can provide a reference scheme for the workshop layout planning of the same type of enterprises.
