In recent years,with the continuous development of Internet information technology and big data,manual meter reading has not been able to meet the requirements of the current society.More and more manufacturers have added communication equipment for power metering terminals to perform remote meter reading and data transmission.Currently,the main communication methods used for data transmission are ZigBee,wifi,Bluetooth and other methods.However,the above-mentioned communication methods require real-time power supply working networking.Compared with the NB-IoT power-saving technology,the power consumption is too large and the transmission distance Not long enough to connect a large number of meter terminals across the region.The design and implementation of the remote meter reading system in this paper consist of meter reading terminal,Huawei IoT connection management platform,server and B/S architecture.The meter reading terminal uses STM32F103ZET6 as the main chip and BC95-B5 as the communication module;STM32F103ZET6 has the advantages of low price,powerful functions and rich development information.BC95-B5 is an NB-IoT module,which uses the NB-IoT protocol and has The advantages of power consumption,large links,wide coverage,low cost,security and reliability help to make up for the shortcomings of the above communication methods.This article first introduces the overall design of remote meter reading,introduces common wireless communication methods and their advantages and disadvantages,and details the reasons for choosing the CoAP protocol.Next,the hardware design of the remote meter reading system of the meter is introduced,and the design of the STM32 main control module,NB-IoT module,energy metering module,voltage power supply management circuit,and alarm control circuit are introduced.Finally,the meter reading system client,the server uses Tomcat server.The design of the data table in the server-side MySQL database,introduces the client-side B/S architecture design,and finally performs data communication.NB-IoT electricity meter remote meter reading system,meter reading terminal can realize voltage detection,harmonic detection,instantaneous voltage anti-high detection and other functions on the platform.The front end of the B/S architecture written in Eclipse analyzes the use of electricity for users,including:remaining electricity charges,used electricity charges,electricity charges analysis at any time period,and the function of online payment.In addition,its low power consumption can meet the data communication volume for 10 years.In addition,NB-IoT technology-based meters can widely connect and cover the number of meters through the base station,which can realize the monitoring of large-scale meter terminals in communities and cities,promote the development of meter reading,and then promote the process of smart urbanization.
