As a safe,efficient and clean transportation mode,high-speed rail has been favored by all countries in the world.It took more than a decade for China to travel from no high-speed rail to the world’s most expensive country,and now it has mature high-speed rail technology.China has repeatedly issued policy documents to encourage the development of the high-speed rail industry abroad.At the same time,under the background of "Belt and Road" initiative,the countries of the Indochina Peninsula,which are connected by land and trade with China,have a strong demand for high-speed rail.In recent years,China has launched fierce competition with Japan in bidding for high-speed rail projects in the Indochina Peninsula region,and the construction of the "China-Thai Railway" and "China-old Railway " has started,which China has cooperated with the countries in the Indochina Peninsula region.Based on the competitive object of Japan in Indochina Peninsula,this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of China’s high-speed rail enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions for countermeasures.The content of this paper is divided into six chapters,firstly,the main content of which is to analyze the demand of high-speed rail construction in several countries in the Indochina Peninsula region,and to investigate and analyze the demand of the countries in the Indochina Peninsula region from several dimensions: national high-speed rail planning,natural environment requirements,national political environment,economic development situation and existing railway quality.Secondly,from the competitiveness theory,from the national level,industrial level to the enterprise level combined with the characteristics of high-speed rail qualitative and quantitative analysis.At the national level,China and Japan compare the four dimensions of high-speed rail construction and export strategy,diplomatic relations with countries in the Indochina Peninsula region,and investment and financing support for high-speed rail to sea support for the competitiveness of iron enterprises.Industry level from the high-speed rail industry chain composition,construction experience,patent technology,construction costs and other aspects of analysis.In the enterprise level enumerates the China-Japan high-speed rail enterprise key competition index,carries on the quantitative and the qualitative analysis.At the same time combined with the case of China-Japan competition for high-speed rail supplementary explanation.Then the principal component analysis method is used tocalculate the competitiveness of high-speed rail enterprises.The last chapter summarizes the competitive advantages and disadvantages of China’s high-speed rail enterprises in international competition,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
