Study On Enterprise Informatization Planning Of BAIC Group

With the progress of the Internet era,information technology has achieved leap-forward development.Optimizing and upgrading traditional industries on the basis of informatization has become the main means for enterprises to win more markets.With big data,cloud computing from the concept to reality,the automotive industry is detonating the thermonuclear reaction of information construction.Good information planning and management is the inevitable choice of major enterprises,only in this way can we adapt to the development of The Times,so as to improve market competitiveness more effectively and obtain more competitive advantages.However,as enterprise informatization is a complex system engineering,it often has the characteristics of long cycle,large investment,many factors involved,and high risk,so the failure rate of enterprise informatization is also high.Therefore,the research on informatization planning and management has important academic value and practical significance.Although most enterprises have experienced many years of informatization construction and gained great benefits,they have not carried out long-term planning and design of informatization as a system engineering.In the past information construction,most enterprises are only based on the partial or some aspects of business information requirements,resulting in the current system can not be carried out.Most application systems do not have unified technical specifications and development standards,information cannot be transmitted to each other,data cannot be associated and Shared,and they are isolated from each other,forming an island of information.This paper takes Beijing automotive group as the actual case,through the analysis of the current place of Beijing automotive group internal and external environment,and build a framework baic SWOT matrix,in the form of questionnaire and in-depth interview found that the application level of informationization in enterprise information system there is a gap with the actual needs of the business,information can’t meet the needs of group control,money problems,information technology infrastructure is weak,information technology governance issues,such as specific issues,and the related problems are targeted analysis of the causes,The four tasks and objectives of baic group’s informatization strategy are determined.At last,specific informatization planning and construction plan implementation plan are formulated,and guarantee measures,risk analysis and avoidance measures are put forward,andthe expected effect of informatization construction of baic group is scientifically analyzed.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference and reference for enterprise informatization.Due to the large number of uncertain factors in the informatization project,this study also needs to make necessary adjustments based on the enterprise’s own development in the practical application.
