| BIM technology is a revolutionary new technology,its emergence has caused a huge impact on the traditional construction industry,changing the traditional production methods of the construction industry.Although the development time of BIM technology in our country is relatively short,its development has been very rapid,at present,it has become an important force to promote information technology reform in the construction industry.However,BIM technology is still insufficient in domestic applications,in addition to the BIM technology used by large-scale construction companies in large-scale construction companies,the proportion of BIM technologies used by small and medium enterprises and small and medium-sized projects is still relatively low;based on this,based on the relevant theory of information technology adoption,this paper studies the influencing factors of the adoption of BIM technology and the relationship between the factors of construction companies from the perspective of organization.This paper first studies the factors that influence the adoption of information technology at the organizational level and the adoption of BIM technology at the organizational level.Then,combing the research results of adopting information technology at the organizational level,the basic models of the hypothesis model adopted in this study(TOE framework theory model,task-technology matching theory model,perceived trust behavior model)are determined;combine research results on basic models to determine the key influencing factors for the underlying model for this study(perceived technical advantages,perceived technology risks,BIM technology provider capabilities,organizational readiness,external pressure,technology-organization matching,technology-environment Matching);based on the integration of related basic models and related influencing factors,this study proposes a BIM technology adoption hypothesis model for construction companies.By analyzing the data of the questionnaire and using structural equations to verify the BIM technology adopting the hypothesis model,the hypothesis conclusions obtained after verification are as follows:(1)Perceived technological advantage positively affects BIM technology trust;(2)Perceived technical risk negatively influences BIM technical trust;(3)BIM The capabilities of technology providers are positively affecting the adoption of BIM technologies;(4)The capabilities of BIM technology providers are positively affecting the trust of BIM technologies;(5)Organization readiness is positively affecting BIM technology adoption;(6)External pressures are positively affecting BIM technology adoption;(7)Technology-organizations Matching positively influences the adoption of BIM technology;(8)BIM technology trust positively influences the adoption of BIM technology;based on this conclusion,the BIM technology adoption model of construction companies is finally obtained.Finally,the suggestions for the adoption of BIM technology for construction companies are put forward for the hypothesis conclusions,and the analysis of this paper is made to clarify the limitations of this research and the future research prospects. |
