| Land space is the basis of human survival and social development.With the continuous advancement of urbanization process,urban development and construction of construction land use is increasing day by day.Within the limited construction land indicators,how to carry out reasonable construction land development and utilization planning is an urgent problem to be solved in the process of Urbanization.It is a process of arranging the future land use structure and layout of a certain region and formulating corresponding measures according to the needs of social and economic development and land endowment conditions in order to realize the optimal allocation and sustainable utilization of land resources.The rational layout of construction land is a long-term task in the process of sustainable development of regional economy and society.Under the background of optimizing the layout of urban construction land dominated by green development,the construction of ecological civilization should be taken as the guiding ideology of regional construction land development,which needs to overturn the outdated theory of expansion and layout of construction land.In order to solve the main contradictions in economic and social development,and achieve the goal of "ecological priority,green development,and vigorously promote the construction of beautiful land",this paper selects Yulin City as the research area,to evaluate its construction land bearing capacity,Through the evaluation,we hope to provide scientific basis for the future expansion of urban construction land in Yulin City,provide new ideas for the current urbanization development direction of Yulin City,scientifically and reasonably solve the problems of human land relationship and land ecological protection,and promote the sustainable development of urban construction land use in Yulin city.According to the actual situation of Yulin City,two scenarios are simulated by scenario simulation.Scenario 1 considers that the red line of ecological protection and the permanent basic farmland protection zone are directly deducted as strong limiting factors before carrying out the capacity evaluation of construction land,which can maximize the protection of ecological security and national food security;scenario 2 considers the current ecological protection red line If the line and permanent basic farmland protection area have not been clearly demarcated,and there is still a great possibility of change,then ecological protection factors and agricultural protection factors are introduced to replace the strong restrictive factors in scenario 1 as restrictive factors for carrying capacity evaluation of construction land.According to the evaluation results under different scenarios,the corresponding carrying capacity threshold and carrying capacity abundance of construction land are calculated respectively,and the spatial difference analysis with the current construction land is carried out to obtain the exploitable intensity,residual development intensity and spatial difference dissimilarity of each city and county in Yulin City and their corresponding spatial distribution pattern.Combined with the above assessment results of carrying capacity of construction land and its spatial difference analysis,through the remote sensing interpretation of the current land use data in 2000,2010 and 2018,the Markov transfer matrix is calculated,and the MCE multi criteria evaluation model of various regions is constructed.The CA-Markov model is used to simulate and predict the land spatial construction land layout of Yulin City in 2030.The results show that the spatial matching degree between the evaluation results of scenario 2 and the current construction land is greater.Under this scenario,the high bearing capacity area accounts for 8.62% of the total land area of Yulin City;the high bearing capacity area accounts for 21.09% of the total land area;the general bearing capacity area accounts for50.72% of the total land area;and the low bearing capacity area accounts for 21.09% of the total land area The capacity area accounts for 19.37% of the total land area.The threshold of land space carrying capacity for construction is 4036.26 square kilometers,the exploitable intensity is 31.47%,the remaining development intensity is 22.37%,and the spatial difference is 22.72%.The predicted layout of Yulin construction land in 2030 reflects that the future development of Yulin construction land should be dominated by four regions,namely,Yuzhou District,Fumian District,Beiliu City and Xingye county.Based on the comprehensive research results,it is clear that the future development direction of Yulin city is dominated by the East-West urban development belt,and the suitable bearing construction area is concentrated in Yulin basin.The priority should be given to the development of the main urban area,Fumian District,Xingye county and the northern area of Beiliu,while taking into account the North-South urban development belt connection of Bobai County,Fumian district and Yuzhou District.The development of construction land in Rongxian county is extensive.In the future,we should focus on improving the intensive and economical utilization of construction land.This civilization confirms the relationship between the current development status and the reasonable development status of Yulin City,and provides a scientific reference for the refined management of construction land,the formulation of spatial pattern optimization control policies,and the formulation of the future development direction of urban construction land. |
