| As an important component of a car,the car wheel has a large number of axial holes distributed in the structure.The machining precision of the shaft hole is one of the important indexes of the car wheel performance.The center hole of the car wheel is a part used for fixed connection with the axle.Its machining diameter size affects whether the geometric center of the rim coincides with the geometric center of the car wheel directly,which plays an important role in driving stability of the car.In this subject,the center hole diameter precision of the car wheel is detected for research purpose,because of its center hole diameter size is small and deep,which brings many problems for the online detection of its inner diameter.Given that the high-precision measurement of laser sensing technology,in this paper,a laser displacement sensor is used to collect the data of the diameter of the center hole of the car wheel,a non-contact optical on-line detection system is established.The on-line detection system designed by this subject is divided into parts of hardware and software.Hardware components include optical system design,data acquisition system and control system.Among them,the optical system is designed base on LK-G152 laser displacement sensor,due to the center hole diameter of the car wheel is smaller,and the volume of the laser displacement sensor is larger,which can not be detected in the hole directly.In this paper,the light path is redesigned to meet the measurement requirements based on direct triangulation method of measurement.Data acquisition system includes laser displacement sensor,laser displacement sensor controller and PC,the inner diameter data collected by laser displacement sensor controller is uploaded to PC via USB communication for later data processing.The control system includes microcontroller controller,stepper motor driver and stepper motor,the microcontroller control the stepper motor start stop and rotation action by sending control signals to the stepper motor driver.The software system of the subject includes the host computer software system and the slave software system.Among them,the host computer software system is based on the VS2013 software development platform,C#development language is used to develop,which includes system calibration,display,parameter setting,data acquisition,serial communication and other functions.The slave software system is based on keil uvision4 software development platform,the C language is used as a development language,which mainly includes serial communication controller of PC and microcontroller,the control between microcontroller and the stepper motor.For ease of display,the paper finally uses MATLAB to simulate the collected data and analyzes the system operation results.The experimental results show that the design of the on-line detection system basically achieved the expected goal,which lays the foundation for the following practical application of the factory and has a certain use value. |
