Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has been growing at a high speed,with the gradual increase of urbanization rate,the amount of domestic waste keeps rising,it become a contradiction with the people’s desire to build a socialist harmonious society and create a good human settlement environment.In order to realize the development target of Beijing city garbage disposal,change the garbage disposal mode mainly by landfill,prolong the service life,scientific and reasonable treatment of MS W in Beijing,improving the waste treatment level,the construction of garbage incineration power generation project is necessary and urgent.Beijing Shougang Biomass Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.combined with the firse-phase of the project and the long-term development of the park,decide to build the second-phase of biomass energy project.Using international advanced incineration technology,a waste incineration power plant with 3000 tons of municipal solid waste,aged refuse and sludge incineration will be built.This paper will use theories and ideas of the project management to study the schedule management of Shougang biomass energy second-phase project,and discuss the actual application of the project management theory in process of the project management by analyzing of the basic situation of the project.Firstly,the background and significance of SG biomass energy second-phase project are expounded.Secondly,the related theory of project schedule management used in this project is expounded.Then,the project goal,contents,characteristics and organization of the project are described.After that,when the SG biomass energy second-phase project schedule is worked out,the logical relationship is established on the basis of work breakdown,the responsibility distribution is determined,the network diagram is drawn,Finally,the paper analyzes the factors influencing the schedule of the project,uses the dynamic monitoring method to analyze the project schedule deviation and adopts the effective control measures to adjust the deviation of the project progress timely and make the project progress smoothly according to the plan.From the practice of this project,it is reasonable to make the schedule of the project and adopt the effective schedule control,which can promote the reasonable project and make the resource allocation to the best condition.Through the research on the construction of Shougang biomass energy second phase project management,using the schedule control method can realize the reasonable operation of the project’s goals and optimize the allocation of resources of the state.
