With the continuous development of China’s socialist market economy,we have passed the reform process of nearly four decades.Our country has lived from poverty to prosperity,and in nearly four decades Europe has completed the process of industrialization that took more than 200 years to complete.With the improvement of industrial automation level and the vigorous development and development of the tertiary industry,it is necessary to make the strategy of making China 2025 strong and accelerate the strategy of making China 2025.In industrial overcapacity in the process of transformation,a large number of high pollution and low cost of heavy industry project was cut,left a lot of industrial building sites,use these good play out abandoned industrial buildings,make it play a greater effectiveness,in the economic developed regions launched a large-scale reconstruction project of old factory building use.This project is located in An Ji county,Zhejiang province.It is the birthplace of "Yu village",which is the birthplace of "Golden mountain and silver mountain is green water and green mountain".The project is based on the abandoned limestone mining site and limestone processing cement factory,aiming to become a five-star hotel with landmark buildings.Thus,the best interpretation of "two mountain spirit" is to become a model for the transformation of industrial waste project into a luxury hotel.According to basic principle and method of project management,and study of the project risk management,by comparing the domestic and foreign similar engineering of the project,relying on the experience of the expert group expert and past similar project risk management experience,using the brainstorming method,the professional risk management analysis methods such as analytic hierarchy process(AHP),specific recognition and projections for the project risk.According to the experts in their respective professional field endows each expert weight ratio,then ask an expert to identify risk factors for scores,with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)for precise calculation,finally the evaluation results of all experts consistency analysis.According to the results of conformance analysis,the factors of project risk are evaluated and sorted,so that the categories,size and importance of risk factors of this project are sorted.On this basis,all risk factors should be dealt with and resolved,and the countermeasures and solutions should be prepared.To monitor the whole process of project risk management at the same time,according to the project to promote the progress of the project risk management for dynamic adjustment,according to the result of the previous phase of the response to adjust for the next phase of the risk management.Finally,ensure the realization of the project objectives,ensure the smooth operation of the project,and ensure the effective management of risk factors.An Ji county was,in this paper,the cement plant renovation of hotel project risk management method of relative reference significance to other reconstruction of the same type,also can provide experience and reference for other domestic similar renovation project.
