With the rapid development of the socialist market economy,the construction industry has also ushered in a good time for development.However,due to its large scale,complex complexity and long construction period,the construction project starts from the beginning to the end of the project,and there are many risk factors affecting the project.Therefore,it is very important to study the project risk management in depth.At present,the construction of project projects often has a phenomenon of out of control during cost,quality and construction period.The traditional influencing factors,such as the deviation of management methods and backward management methods,are the reasons for loss of control.In construction projects,project risk is one of the most important factors.If the project risk is underestimated,there will be no effective response measures and supervision system,which will cause huge losses to the construction project.Identifying,assessing and controlling risks is especially important.This is not only the improvement of project management theory,but also the construction project management practice.This paper describes what kind of organizational structure,what kind of risk management model,how to identify risks,analyze risks,deal with risks,control risks and monitor risks in the risk management process,which can enable enterprises to better cope with and control.At present,in the construction enterprise(with the characteristics of uncertainty of civil engineering construction projects),taking the project risk management perspective as the starting point and ensuring the smooth completion of the project,the problem of how to effectively carry out project risk management is proposed,and then from the project Based on the specific process of project construction,the risk management of W plant A project is used as evidence.The principles and methods of project risk management are used to explore various risk identification,analysis and evaluation methods in the risk management process.Finally,the project risk response measures are taken.A systematic summary was made.This paper uses a combination of theoretical and empirical methods.Theoretical research includes starting from the specific process of engineering project construction,using the principles and methods of project risk management,discussing the identification,evaluation,planning and control methods of engineering project investment risk;empirical research takes W plant A project as the research object and Risk management methods and techniques were analyzed.Using the principles and methods of project risk management,the risk management of the project was analyzed,and various risk identification,analysis and evaluation methods and project risk response measures in the project risk management process were systematically summarized.Through the research in this paper,on the one hand,it will provide theoretical and practical reference for project risk management of enterprises in the future,so that enterprises can further improve project risk management and make the project proceed smoothly according to the plan,so that the three objectives of project quality,schedule and cost can be achieved.Control and implementation have achieved the effect of reducing the risk of harm.On the other hand,applying the research results of this paper to the current similar buildings enriches the risk management research of similar buildings in China,and plays a certain role in promoting the risk management theory of construction projects in China.
