| Under the new situation,it is an urgent task for township waterworks to explore ways and means to manage township waterworks,to find a suitable management mode for different levels of township waterworks construction,to strengthen supervision and to improve management effect.However,the parties involved in the construction of waterworks are inevitably faced with various risks.If they do not take precautions,they will probably affect the construction of the project smoothly and even lead to serious consequences.Firstly,this paper discusses the background and significance of this research,and makes a brief review of domestic and foreign research on project risk management to summarize the contents of this study;Secondly,it introduces the theory and methods of risk management,mainly introduces the basic content of risk,the connotation and function of risk management,the process of risk management and the corresponding methods,so as to provide theoretical basis and guidance for this study;Then,the paper studies the risk of Shigu Mountain Waterworks Project in Wenzhou City,introduces the general situation of Shiguoshan Water Plant Project,and uses SWOT analysis method and Delphi method to analyze the risk type of the project.The analysis to determine;Thirdly,according to the risk types of the projects analyzed in the third chapter,the risk evaluation system of the project is constructed according to the scientific principles and methods,and the risk assessment of the project is carried out by using the analytic hierarchy process And fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are introduced.At the same time,the risk of the project is evaluated synthetically by using the two methods to judge the risk degree of project risk;Finally,the paper puts forward the risk coping strategy and control mode of Shiguoshan Water Plant Project in Wenzhou City.Based on the project risk type and risk evaluation,combined with the actual situation of the project,the risk response measures are analyzed to help the project To better prevent and deal with the relevant risk issues.At the same time,in order to better prevent and manage the risks of the project,this chapter also put forward some measures to monitor the risk. |
