The Risk Management Research For H Section No.nine Of SY Metro Line

In recent years,although the living conditions and environment of city residents to improve greatly in our country,Because of limited urban space,the problem of people’s travel difficulties is becoming increasingly apparent.Although governments at all levels have increased urban construction,widening the road and building a viaduct and a series of measures to increase urban transportation capacity,in some major cities,the traffic pressure is still increasing,far from meeting the needs of the people.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of mass travel,we decided to build a subway construction project in SY city.Because of the complexity of the subway engineering and the variability of the environment,the construction units are facing more and more risks during the construction process,which will bring unforeseeable loss.Therefore,in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project,it is of great practical significance to combine the characteristics of the H section of the SY subway line nine and the risk management of the construction phase of the SY residents in the construction phase.This paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad from the aspects of project risk management and subway construction.According to the characteristics of the construction and construction units of the H section of SY metro line nine,the document research method,questionnaire survey method and empirical research method are used to classify the risk sources and causes,and then the project risk identification is carried out.Then,the risk index evaluation system is constructed,and the risk of construction stage of H section of SY metro line nine is evaluated by AHP.Finally,according to the results of risk assessment and the uniqueness of the risk management in the construction phase of SY metro line nine H,the construction risk prevention plan is compiled,and the countermeasures and measures are put forward to provide some reference and reference for the construction of the subway project in the city of SY in the future.
