Research And Development Of Collaborative Engineering Design Platform Based On Cloud Manufacturing

In this paper,the collaborative engineering design platform based on cloud manufacturing is researched and developed.Based on the research results,an engineering design platform is developed,and then a network collaboration system is designed to realize the network and intelligence of the engineering design platform.In order to achieve these research and development work,this paper mainly studies the following aspects:First of all,the assembly relationship between the components in the mechanical equipment is classified and analyzed,and the functional relationship model in the engineering design scheme is proposed.After the definition and analysis of the functional relationship model,the concepts of "functional area" and "functional section" are proposed.Then,the component information in the functional relationship model that needs to be preserved is classified and analyzed to determine the functional area and functional section Specific data structure.Based on the functional relationship in the engineering design,the concept of "assembly functional diagram" is proposed.This kind of two-dimensional functional chain diagram similar to the link diagram is used to express all kinds of relationships between parts in mechanical equipment in detail.Meanwhile,the parts in the assembly functional diagram are represented by specific symbols,which are called "part functional diagram",which is used to describe the parameters of a single part All functional relationships generated with other parts during the whole mechanical equipment.Then,based on the research of assembly function diagram,the concept of "assembly function diagram" is proposed to simplify the expression of the motion relationship between parts in mechanical equipment.Finally,some advantages and functions of assembly function diagram are analyzed.The development of engineering design software is mainly to define the component model based on LEB 2.0,and then design the corresponding interpreter to enable the application program to support the graphic display of components.Then,the principle of static visualization and dynamic motion simulation is analyzed,and the corresponding intelligent interpreter is designed to make the application program support the display of the corresponding memory file.According to the characteristics of cloud manufacturing,this paper analyzes the cloud manufacturing system software that will be designed in this paper,and obtains the cloud platform part,the demand reporting software part and the management software part that should be designed in this paper.The focus is to complete the development of Wan communication module and large file transmission module of cloud platform,and formulate corresponding communication protocol and communication protocol between tool software.At the same time,the collaborative module of demand reporting software and the management module of management software are developed...
