The Functional Layout Study Of Large Comprehensive Hospital Based On Medical Technological Process

Hospital is a public architecture which offers diagnosis,care and nursing for patients,and is carrier of all medical services and technologies,its core is to achieve medical technological process efficiently.The centre of architecture design of hospital is to combine the hospital architecture design with advanced medical technological process closely,optimize the medical links and procedures and improve the medical efficiency through the rational functional layout.Based on this,it is necessary and practical to study the layout design strategy of large general hospitals under the influence of medical technological process.On the basis of the medical technological process flow theory,the hospital architecture systematic classification theory and the hospital architecture three level function layout theory,the thesis put forward a much deeper three level functional method based on medical architecture process,restored the medical technological process of large comprehensive hospital,disassembled and reintegrated the functional units,and arranged the functional composition and traffic streamline of the large comprehensive hospital from three levels,which are "functional area,functional circle and functional group".After that,three typical large comprehensive general hospital cases were selected for field research,and the successful experience and existing problems of functional layout in the cases were analyzed and summarized.Based on the previous theoretical analysis and case study,the principle of functional layout design was proposed,and a complete set of design strategies for the functional layout of the large comprehensive hospital based on medical technological process was formed.Finally,the author chose the practice project of the large general hospital she participated in the whole process to verify the practice.The thesis is divided into six chapters:The first chapter was introduction,which mainly introduced the research background,defined the scope of the study,summarized the research status of hospital building function layout at home and abroad,and explained the necessity,significance,and research methods and technical route of the research.The second chapter was the theoretical research part,which reviewed the existing theory of the functional layout of the comprehensive hospital,supplemented and deepened the theory of the three level functional layout from the perspective of the medical technological process,and reclassified the function composition of the large comprehensive hospital based on the three level function layout theory of "functional area,functional circle and functional group".The third chapter was the case research section,which selected three typical large comprehensive hospitals in Ji’nan and Zhengzhou as the objects,analyzed and summarized the problems of the large comprehensive hospital function layout through field investigation,interview questionnaire and other ways to carry out the research of space and using experience,and laid the foundation for the design principles and strategies.The fourth chapter was the part that expounded the design strategy of the functional layout,which aimed at the existing problems in the functional layout of the existing large comprehensive hospitals and put forward the design principles and strategies from the "functional area,functional circle and functional group" through the theoretical study of the second chapter and the case study and analysis of the third chapter.The fifth chapter was the practical application of research results,which applied some design strategies through the optimization of actual engineering cases.The sixth chapter was the research conclusion and prospect,which summarized the final research process,put forward the research conclusion,analyzed the limitations and shortcomings of the study and proposed the suggestions for future research.
