Product design stage is the most important stage through the whole design and production cycle of mechanical products.In the design stage,not only a large number of design knowledge is needed in design scheme,but also the experience.Knowledge mining is of vital importance to the design of the product,because it can discover quantity unearthed rich experience in product data knowledge.In addition,with the development of computer computing ability and improvement of mechanical product design process complexity,design activities involves various types of knowledge,and scattered in different space,time,and people in mind.How to coordination in the process of the design knowledge effectively and knowledge exchange,has become a topic of wide attention.This article will combine co-design and knowledge mining,through knowledge mining support for collaborative design to improve the market competitiveness of products,at the same time provides the key technology for product innovation.This paper is mainly based on several aspects researches below:(1)Analysis of knowledge demand in the process of mechanical product collaborative design,summarize the characteristics of design related knowledge,proposing of the knowledge representation based on rough set theory,on this basis,define,build and update knowledge needs model of collaborative design process,furthermore summarizes the mechanical product collaborative design knowledge demand characteristics.(2)Research of oriented collaborative mechanical products knowledge service system.By means of mechanical product collaborative design process knowledge acquisition,cloud storage platform for collaborative design is presented providing a reliable guarantee for the management,access and security of knowledge management in high efficiency and collaborative design,on the basis of the mechanical product design knowledge integration,including the integrated knowledge and knowledge,knowledge and people,knowledge and tasks,to realize effective collaborative of design process knowledge,people and tasks.(3)Proposing of the mechanical products for collaborative knowledge mining system framework,meeting the characteristics of the knowledge demand of the designpersonnel in the process of product collaborative design,and improving the knowledge acquisition and application efficiency.(4)Research on a product design knowledge push service based on Rough Set,ensures that the designer can complete the task in time with accuracy,furthermore achieve the purpose of effective use knowledge in the process of product design.Finally,this paper has designed a simple knowledge mining prototype system for aircraft cooperative.Based on analysis of the structure of the system,the system has been divided into several major functional modules.Under a certain development environment,most functions of the system has been realized.Verification of the feasibility of the framework of knowledge mining system has been proposed in this paper.
