Research On Performance Evaluation Of Power Grid Enterprise Distribution Network Investment Projects

With the continuous growth of China’s economy,China’s total electricity consumption is constantly increasing.It is necessary to continuously increase the investment in construction and operation of power grid projects,and distribution grid investment is crucial in the process of power grid construction.In the process of increasing investment in the distribution network,In the process of increasing investment in the distribution network,the matching relationship between input and output needs to be considered.In order to improve the refined management level of power grid companies,correctly handle the relationship between investment and benefits,strengthen the constraints on investment behavior,and maximize the economic benefits of power grid companies,it is necessary to increase the research and emphasis on investment performance of distribution grid.Therefore,quantitative evaluation of the performance of distribution network projects is an important prerequisite for grid companies to make scientific investment decisions,which will have a positive impact on the future development of grid companies.In this paper,the research process of the performance evaluation of power grid companies’ distribution network projects is as follows: First,summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad about project performance evaluation,project performance evaluation methods,and the status of distribution network project performance evaluation and carry out the current research results Literature review;second,the basic theory and main performance evaluation mode of the distribution network project are elaborated and analyzed,and the shortcomings of the existing evaluation mode are summarized;third,a performance evaluation model for distribution network projects based on balanced scorecards is constructed and its applicability is analyzed.Finally,taking the R city distribution network construction project as an example,the performance evaluation index system of the R city distribution network project based on the balanced scorecard is formed,and the specific weights are determined by the analytic hierarchy process.The operating conditions and construction results are in line with reality,to a certain extent,it verifies the operability of the performance evaluation model of distribution network projects based on balanced scorecards in practical applications.The main research conclusions of this paper are: The balanced scorecard performance evaluation theory and model have good application value in the performance evaluation of distribution network projects,which not only can effectively reflect the goals and characteristics of performance evaluation of distribution network projects,but also have different balance advantages and strategic advantages of other evaluation models.However,in the specific application,the balanced scorecard model should be adjusted according to the management requirements and characteristics of the distribution network project,that is,the financial dimension is adjusted to the economic benefit dimension,the customer dimension is adjusted to the stakeholder dimension,the internal process dimension is adjusted to the project operation dimension,and the learning and growth dimension is adjusted to the technology innovation dimension.At the same time,the results of the case study in this paper also verified the applicability of the adjusted performance evaluation model based on the balanced scorecard for distribution network projects,further enriching and perfecting the theory and methods of performance evaluation of distribution network projects.
