As a labor intensive industry in China,Caster Industry is representative.The efficiency of lean management implemented by the different enterprises in Caster Industry is different.From the perspective of lean input and efficiency output,this paper takes the methods of question raising,analyzing and solving,also summarizing experience as the main line of the technical route,and uses the methods of literature research,investigation and interview,empirical research and case study to analyze,study and solve the problems.On the basis of the questionnaires by the experts scoring to obtain the main factors influencing the lean implementation,it is concluded that in the process of implementing lean management,enterprises should popularize the awareness of lean tools,improve the use of lean tools,and increase the proportion of lean tools in management tools.The enterprises should fully use lean tools,meanwhile forming the corporate culture of continuous improvement within the lean management thoughts.Based on the evaluation index system of lean management efficiency in the industry,this paper uses the method of Super Efficiency DEA analysis,and combines the characteristics in 10 different Caster enterprises to conduct an empirical study on the key factors affecting the efficiency of lean management.On the basis of TS Company,it uses Value Stream Mapping method to analyze the problems existing in the production management processes,and implements5 S,SMED,TPM,CI and TQM tools to solve manufacturing problems and achieve the desired results.Finally,through the research and analysis of TS Company’s overall supporting measures,organizational supporting measures,investment supporting measures,system supporting measures and platform supporting measures,the rationality and feasibility of the optimization scheme of TS Company’s lean operation management system are established.
