Land space planning is a spatial and temporal arrangement for the development and protection of certain regional land space.It is a guide for regional space development,a spatial blueprint for sustainable development,and a basic basis for all kinds of development,protection and construction activities.It is of great significance to carry out land space suitability evaluation and scientifically delimit "three kinds of space"(ecological space,agricultural space and urban space).At present,the suitability evaluation and delimitation methods of "three kinds of space" are still in the initial stage.Based on remote sensing image,DEM,POI and other multi-source data,this paper uses remote sensing interpretation,GIS spatial analysis,analytic hierarchy process,entropy weight method,integrated learning and MOLA(multi-objective land allocation model)and other technical methods to divide land spatial evaluation unit,carry out Land Spatial Suitability Evaluation Based on double constraints and Land Spatial Suitability Evaluation Based on MOLA Based on the analysis of spatial conflict,the "three kinds of space" of land territory in Zhongshan City is planned and arranged.The main results are as follows:(1)According to the actual situation of Zhongshan City,the study area is divided into 24 first level evaluation units with the administrative boundary of town and district as the dividing line.Considering the applicability of data and the indivisible demand of land spatial evaluation when it crosses the administrative boundary,the grid of 30 m × 30 m is taken as the secondary evaluation unit.(2)Three sets of different evaluation index systems are selected to evaluate the suitability of "three types of space".Eight indexes are selected for agricultural space,seven for ecological space and urban space.A set of indicators of the same kind of space.In this study,the method of double constraint and integrated learning is used to get the final evaluation results.The "three kinds of spaces" are evaluated by AHP and entropy weight respectively,and the final "three kinds of spaces" evaluation results are obtained after the two evaluation results are integrated by voting method.The double constraint method is based on the programs written on MATLAB and python platforms to carry out batch calculation,so as to reduce the human intervention to the data as much as possible,so that the evaluation results have a scientific basis.(3)The multi-objective land allocation model(Mola)was used in the conflict analysis to compare the scores of "three types of space" in Zhongshan City.Among them,the conflict between agricultural space and urban space is the most,mainly concentrated in the northern area of Zhongshan City.The conflict between ecological space and urban space is the least.The priority of ecological space > agricultural space > urban space is taken as the main keynote of the conflict result selection to get the final conflict result.Among them,Cuiheng new area,port town and the south of people’s town take special treatment,giving priority to the layout of urban space development.(4)The results of land spatial planning and layout in Zhongshan City show more contiguous distribution,and the spatial distribution difference is obvious.The ecological space is mainly distributed in the steep central Wuguishan area and the southern Shenwan,Sanxiang and Tanzhou border areas.Agricultural space is mainly distributed in people Town,Shenwan Town,Tanzhou town and Nanlang town with dense river network and flat terrain.Urban space is distributed in the urban area of Zhongshan City and the towns with various industrial characteristics.The layout of "three kinds of space" is most obviously affected by the terrain and land status.(5)This study attempts to use integrated learning and Mola model to carry out "three types of space" suitability evaluation and conflict analysis,hoping to contribute to the in-depth discussion of the technical methods and ideas of land spatial planning and layout,and provide useful reference for the land spatial planning and development and utilization of Zhongshan City.
